　　高中英語(yǔ)作文書(shū)信類(lèi)作文模板

　　(1)稱(chēng)呼

　　寫(xiě)一封信，先要把收信人的稱(chēng)呼頂格寫(xiě)在第一行，然后，再在后面加上冒號(hào)，表示下面有話(huà)要說(shuō)。

　　(2)問(wèn)候語(yǔ)

　　問(wèn)候語(yǔ)要寫(xiě)在稱(chēng)呼的下一行，空兩格。它可以獨(dú)立成為一段。

　　(3)正文

　　正文一般分為連接語(yǔ)、主體文、總括語(yǔ)三個(gè)部分。每一個(gè)部分開(kāi)頭都應(yīng)另起一行，空兩格落筆。

　　(4)祝福語(yǔ)

　　祝福語(yǔ)是表示致敬或祝賀一類(lèi)的話(huà)，如“此致”、“祝”等。應(yīng)獨(dú)占一行，空兩格寫(xiě)。另外，在寫(xiě)與“此致”或“祝”相配套的“敬禮”、“健康”等一類(lèi)表示祝福的話(huà)語(yǔ)時(shí)，一般要另起一行頂格寫(xiě)。

　　(5)署名

　　寫(xiě)完信之后，在信的右下角寫(xiě)上發(fā)信人的姓名叫做署名。在署名的前面一般還要加上合適的稱(chēng)謂，如“你的同學(xué)”、“你的好友”，“您的學(xué)生”等。

　　(6)日期

　　日期寫(xiě)在署名的下一行。
