Once, I read a story in a book, it told about an old man was on the train, he lost one of his shoes on the window, to everyone’s surprise, he dropped his another shoe out of window quickly. People asked why he was doing that, he said that if the person picked up one of his shoes, it was useless, but a pair of shoes could be valuable. The old man is so general and he has the positive attitude towards life. The positive attitude is very important, when we meet difficulties, we will get over them. If we feel frustrated all the time, then we will not be happy. We can’t change bad things, but we can change our attitude.
曾經(jīng)，我在一本書上讀到一個(gè)故事，講述了在火車上一位老人，他在窗口弄丟了一只鞋子，令大家感到吃驚的是，他立刻把另外一只鞋子也扔出窗外。人們問(wèn)他為什么這樣做，他說(shuō)如果有人撿到他的一只鞋子，是沒(méi)有用處的，但是一雙鞋子就有價(jià)值。老人家是慷慨的，他對(duì)生活有著樂(lè)觀的態(tài)度。樂(lè)觀的態(tài)度是很重要的，當(dāng)我們遇到困難了，就能克服。如果我們總是覺(jué)得沮喪，就不會(huì)開心。我們無(wú)法改變壞事情，但是可以改變我們的態(tài)度。

Recently, I have seen an impressive film –Precious, which tells the growing experiences about a pretty fat black girl, Precious Jones, a girl living in the Harlem. The film reveals the poor and miserable life in the Harlem, but at the same time, it encourages people to take a positive and optimistic attitude to face it, no matter how difficult it is.
最近，我看了一部印象深刻的電影——《珍愛(ài)》。這部電影講述的是一個(gè)生活在哈勒姆區(qū)的美麗胖女孩珍愛(ài)瓊斯的成長(zhǎng)經(jīng)歷。它揭露了哈勒姆區(qū)貧窮痛苦的生活，但是，它也同時(shí)鼓勵(lì)了人們不管遇到什么樣的困難都要以積極樂(lè)觀的態(tài)度去面對(duì)生活。
Precious is so undereducated that she can not read and write formally. What’s worse, she is usually knocked around by her irascible mother. Worst of all, she is sexually assaulted by her stepfather and has two children before the age of seventeen. Owing to the situation she gets involved, she has to leave school and is introduced to alternative school. After waging many struggles and overcoming many difficulties, she finds the goals of life again with the help of her teacher and classmates.
珍愛(ài)受到很少的教育，所以她不能正常地讀書寫字。更糟的是，她經(jīng)常被她母親暴躁的脾氣逼得四處流浪。最糟的是，她被繼父強(qiáng)奸，未滿17歲就有了兩個(gè)小孩。鑒于她所遭遇的情況，她不得不輟學(xué)到替代學(xué)校學(xué)習(xí)。在經(jīng)歷了一些掙扎，克服許多困難后，在老師和同學(xué)的幫助下她重新找到了生活的目標(biāo)。
In the film, Precious insists on keeping her children all the time though she gets involved in trouble. She has a firm belief that she can get rid of the past life and start the new one and she really makes it finally. Her insistence tells me that keeping positive and optimistic would make a great contribution to achieve dream.
在電影中，盡管遇到很多困難，珍愛(ài)仍然堅(jiān)持撫養(yǎng)她的孩子。她堅(jiān)信她能夠擺脫過(guò)去的生活有全新的開始，最終她做到了。她的堅(jiān)持告訴我們，保持積極樂(lè)觀有助于實(shí)現(xiàn)夢(mèng)想。
In life, many people are easy to feel frustrated by meeting a bit of setback. As far as I am concerned, we need to learn to keep positive and optimistic when facing difficulties so that we have more power to keep and pursue our dreams.
在生活中，很多人遇到一點(diǎn)挫折就容易覺(jué)得沮喪。在我看來(lái)，遇到困難的時(shí)候，我們應(yīng)該學(xué)會(huì)保持積極樂(lè)觀的態(tài)度，這樣我們就有更多的力量去維持和追逐我們的夢(mèng)想。

Whatever we have undergone in our life, we shouldn't complain about it. We may get a lot or lose so much in our life journey, but keeping a positive attitude should always be together with us. Nothing can defeat us if we are confident and diligent. Just as saying goes, God is equal to everyone. As he closes the door, he will also open a window for us.
