英語作文一封信1
After a few hours of resting, it was time to do some evening chores. Jack grabbed his notebook and pen, he put on his glasses; and tried to concentrate and read about his notes he had written before bed last night.
“Going to tree house, many books on the floor; open page dinosaur, made a wish; arrived at time of dinosaurs. Open page frog lake creek, made a wish; arrived at adventure frog lake creek,” “Who is going to believe allthese? Not my mother, not my father, not my teacher Mrs. Waltson…” Only his little sister Annie, she had gone with to the time of the dinosaurs, and frog lake creek…
Suddenly there was a “Bang, bang, bang!” on the door, “Who is there?” asked Jack, his little sister Annie pushed open the door; and said, “Can you sleep?” “Nope, of course not, I didn’t do my evening chores; and besides, who wants to do chores now and then?” “Do you want to go to the magic tree house?” “No, it is too late, and mother and father would probably be angry if they figured we aren’t in bed.” “Well I’m going,” said Annie, “All right,” answered Jack in a sudden. He put on his jeans, and sweater, and then rushed out down stairs. Annie came out with a flashlight; she shined it bright in Jack’s face, “Boo!” Jack was scared, “Gotcha! Ha!” Jack was angry, “Annie, stop messing around;” “Okay, fine! Ugh!” then Annie clipped the flashlight onto her belt.
Jack took another flashlight, then they tip-toed down stairs; when they arrived, Jack said, “I don’t know Annie; i-i-i-i-t looks a bit scary and dangerous…” “Oh come on scary cat! It’s just a tree house, do you want to see the magic person and the golden medal or not!?” “Medallion, not medal;” said Jack quietly. “Whatever, let us go and see what the golden medal looks like; come on!” “Medallion!” said Jack, “And what if the magic person was not nice?!” “You are such a scary cat; at least you get to take the gold medal as a reward of you bravery.”
“Medallion!!” shouted Jack for the third time, “Come on, I know you are caught up with this so called ‘Medallion’ thingy, let’s just go! Don’t waste time!” after saying that, Annie climbed up the ladder all the way to the top of the tree house; “Annie! No!” shouted Jack, but he was too late; Annie already climbed up, Jack had no choice; he climbed up too, and when he arrived he found the floor all covered with books, “l(fā)et us make another wish so that we could have another adventure!” “No!” cried Jack, “Well I’m going!” shouted Annie, he found a page with a knight, she pointed to the picture; and within a second they were surrounded by knights; “Oh no,” thought Jack.

There was once a little girl that wanted to live in peace, but she couldn’t since her house or should I say family is very, very poor.
One day the little girl called Anna went to pick mushrooms in the forest with her friends. She picked plenty of mushrooms and walked deep into the forest. It gradually became dark, and Anna wanted to go home, she called her friends; but they were nowhere to be found. She wanted to go home on her own, she walked and walked into the forest; it seemed as if it had no end. At last, she found a tiny little house, Anna walked close to it.
She knocked at the door but there was no answer, she knocked again, but there was still no answer; at last she quietly opened the door, and inside she found a warm fire place. She walked to the fire place, and sat there. Before one minute, a bear walked in, he saw Anna; and said, “What are you doing in my house?” “My name is Anna, and I am lost…” “Oh,” said the bear, “In that case you can stay here; but you must prepare the food and dust the house in return…”
One day Anna baked a tray of apple tarts, she put them in a big basket and said to the bear; “Oh bear, could you deliver these apple tarts to my parents?” “You have done a great job so I will agree: I shall send these apple tarts to your parents. I’ll just fetch my walking stick and head out immediately…” “Remember bear, if you eat one tart, I shall know immediately;” the bear went to fetch his walking stick, in the meantime;Anna hid herself in the basket, and the bear set off from home.
He walked a distance and said to himself, “I shall eat one apple tart;” suddenly he heard Anna’s voice saying, “Big bear I’ve caught you!” “Oh my, oh my!” cried the bear, “I had better walk a while before eating any of the tarts…” As he said that, the bear started off again. After he was far from home, he said; “I shall rest here, and in the meantime eat one apple tart…” Suddenly he heard Anna’s voice saying again, “Big bear; I’ve caught you again!” “Oh my, oh my!” cried the bear, “That girl must have magic eyes!” then he started off once again.
When he at last reached his journeys end, he placed the basket in front of Anna’s front door, and walked away from home. When Anna’s mom and dad opened the door, they saw Anna jump out from the basket and running to them. There was no chance of saying how happy they were!

He had no choice but to give up.

Once or twice a time he would turn back and sail for land, but he couldn’t make up his mind. At last he got the treasure from his mates, and started for land immediately, they kept the treasure in a box, which had a code of handsome Ship. None of his mates knew that, so whenever they wanted to steal some gold from the Captain, they would have to enter the code.
Now let’s go back to the parrot; the parrot was actually having a pretty good time, but his nest became a pretty kettle of fish. His eyesight was not too bad either; nor his ears. When Captain Cook’s ship came closer to land, the parrot was all ears to hear what he was saying. “Mates, you go down and fetch as much gold as you can, while I stay here. I 've had a long week of sailing onthis ship, so I’m going to stay in my bed and kick back.”
His mates were like servants and obeyed immediately. The parrot, however; heard his every word, and wanted to stay and live with the captain. He had a plan, and then he flew down and tickled a mate’s toe. The mate laughed, and the parrot stopped. When the mate paid attention to the parrot, the mate said, “How are you doing?” the parrot answered, “Great; how are you doing?” “Not too bad, thanks;” “Take it easy,” they soon became friends, and chatted all along, “So, can you give me a home to live on the ship?” “Sure thing, piece of cake;” when they got the parrot on the ship; the captain came out, and became friends with the parrot also.
The parrot gave him advice, and he became wealthy and returned all the gold, but kept the treasure he found himself on other islands. If people trouble the parrot, the captain with which will defeat those guys with his mighty sword.

There was once a man that thought he knew everything, and he kept showing off to the people in his country. As time passed, many people began to feel, that this smart man, could even beat the professor of the king. Now this king was very proud, but the professor was not so at all. But the professor said, “Don’t say it too soon;” and from those words, he began to decide which hard question to ask the man.
At last he thought of a funny question, “He shall never find the answer! Ha!” it all happened that the clever man whom I have told you; had a big stage. All the people that have questions, should stand on this stage, and ask him what the problem or question is.
One day the professor piled up in the line, and waited for his turn. When it was his turn, he asked the smart man, “I don’t think you could answer this question my lord,” said the professor smiling, “I could answer all of them foolish professor!” shouted the man with an angry tongue, “Tell me what the question is, and I shall prove to you that I can answer every question; if I can, then I shall ask you a question; if you do not give me the correct answer, then I shall kill you!” shouted the man.
“But what if you don’t?” asked the professor, “Then you shall stand on this stage and I shall hire servants to serve you;” said the man with a laugh. The professor then began his question, “What is the first tower in 1910, and 1911; and 1912, and 1913…and 2016? And what is the height of them? If they all stack up, then how tall would it be?” “Ugh, give me a sec would you mind?” and then he began to calculate; but he couldn’t find the answer.” “What’s wrong?” asked the professor with a smile, “Couldn’t find the answer, perhaps?” “No, I-I-I-I just ne-ed… Ugh, fine; you win! Ugh!” and so the professor soon became king and ruled his country wise and well. People asked him many other questions, and the professor answered them all. The clever man that thought he knew everything, however, was locked up in a cage for his cruelty to the king.
The moral of this story is, when you think you know everything; don’t think so; for maybe a question will ruin your brain----Lulu read.

There was once a little boy called Nick that wanted to help everyone in order to save money for the new automatic toy review.
After a few months of research, he had finally discovered that there was going to be a big storm and the whole town would suffer from the flood. He decided that day was the day he got the automatic toy reviewer. A few minutes later, he drove his automatic train car which has many buttons outside. It was just right before the flood began to flow all around the town.
The news agency was just about to report the news when a strange noise suddenly came from just around the corner, what was it? Was it an automatic train to save them; what was in it? And what harm could it do to themselves. They stood still until the sound became bigger and louder every second the time passed; at last the automatic train car appeared and in sat a little boy who was Nick.
Everybody knew that Nick couldn’t harm them with the train car, but it was true; Nick was not going to harm but was going to save the whole town instead. Everybody began to cheer. Some of the townspeople even came near to help Nick, for they didn’t want to be drowned either.
When the flood was gone, the storm stopped, and the townspeople were all saved. They thanked Nick. But Nick still didn’t see any people giving him money as a “thank you.” All they did was telling the news reporter and reported Nick on the news. Everybody enjoyed it except Nick, for what he wanted was the automatic toy reviewer.
After the news, they ran to Nick’s house, Nick didn’t want to answer them. It was already dawn which was almost time for watching TV. Everybody begged Nick to let them in. Nick decided to give them a chance.
When he opened the door he found people standing outside the door with purses in their pockets and smiles on their faces. Nick knew that they were not here to give him money to buy the automatic toy reviewer; but it wasn’t true, what the people did was to hand out their personal purses to Nick. Nick knew at once that he barked up the wrong tree about the townspeople. All he really wanted was the automatic toy reviewer; he received their purses and at last bought the automatic toy reviewer. That train car which Nick drove out to save the other people was his only invention.
