非常感謝您能夠呈閱我的自薦書。我是水城礦業(yè)集團總醫(yī)院老鷹山分院的一名護士。我有扎實的護理基礎知識，熟練的操作技術及護理的工作能力，我有信心勝任從事護理的工作。在此，我向貴單位毛遂自薦。

醫(yī)學是一門神圣的科學，它的價值在于挽救人的生命。在校的理論學習和十一年多的臨床實踐，我養(yǎng)成了嚴謹?shù)膶W習態(tài)度，縝密的思維方式和堅韌的性格。對待患者我有一顆友愛關懷的心，我熱愛護理事業(yè)。三年的醫(yī)學熏陶圓了我的醫(yī)學夢，讓我的羽翼更加豐富，我要在實際的臨床中繼續(xù)深造。

20XX年7月在遵義醫(yī)學院附院進行臨床實習，經(jīng)過一年的實習，我熟練通過臨床實習階段、專業(yè)學習階段，現(xiàn)已具備扎實的基礎醫(yī)學、護理學基礎的理論知識、護理操作等技能，已初步具備從事臨床護理的工作能力。20XX年7月畢業(yè)以后，我被水城礦務局組織部分配到二塘醫(yī)院兒科工作，而后調(diào)到外科和內(nèi)科工作，20XX年1月集團公司總醫(yī)院因工作需要又把我調(diào)到老鷹山分院，先在老鷹山分院外科工作兩年，而后又調(diào)到內(nèi)科工作，在內(nèi)科期間，我多次下鄉(xiāng)，先后分別到中嶺礦醫(yī)務所、五輪山礦醫(yī)務所、比德礦醫(yī)務所獨立工作多次，十多年臨床實踐讓我練就了嫻熟的專業(yè)技能，夯實了我的理論基礎。各科病房的工作，培養(yǎng)了敏銳的觀察力，正確的判斷力，和獨立完成工作的能力。

11/2016 - 5/2016 Pennsylvania Department of Corrections Doylestown, PA Registered Nurse
Served as RN at hospital located within maximum-security correctional facility housing approximately 3,500 inmates. Assigned to the mental health crisis unit and played a key role on interdisciplinary team of psychiatrists, RNs, social workers and corrections officers. Actively participated in development and implementation of individual treatment plans for patients with broad range of mental health issues. Ensured that doctors#39; orders were effectively carried out, including testing, medical procedures, consultations and stat orders for five-point restraint.
