為快樂騰點(diǎn)空間
If you want something new and different in your life, you must first make ROOM. Make room for happiness by moving OUT the old.
The question is: Where do you start to begin to make room for happiness? You may find the answer right here at Faith Radio Online-Simply to Relax, and I’m Faith.
1. Time. How do you spend your time? Is it wasted time, or refreshing1 time? Does it take you toward your goals, or away from them? Are you consciously spending time, or just letting it happen?
2. Environment. What no longer is working for you in your environment? Are there unfinished projects that were important at one time, but no longer intrigue2 you? When you look around, does your environment make you feel good? Make you smile?
3. Relationships. What relationships are no longer effective to your happiness? Do the people in your life support you? Are you are proud to introduce them to others? Do you learn from them?
4. Thinking.Do you talk to yourself like your best friend? Or do you talk to yourself like the neighbor you despise? Do your thoughts inspire and motivate you…or hold you back from your best self?
5. Work. Do you feel fulfilled and happy about your work, whether that’s a domestic engineer, or CEO? Or do you dread3 doing the work, and just count the minutes until time off?
Once you have made the room for success, adding what you really want WILL give you pleasure and fulfillment. If you try to add it on top of what you already have, it will become just another source of aggravation4. First, you must set up your life to support success.
This is Faith from Faith Radio Online-Simply to Relax, thank you for listening, goodbye.
A throe upon the features -
A hurry in the breath -
An ecstasy1 of parting
Denominated “Death” -
An anguish2 at the mention
Which when to patience grown,
I’ve known permission given
To rejoin its own.
劇痛在于特征上
急切在于那跡象
告別的狂喜
稱之為“死亡”
當(dāng)去忍受成長(zhǎng)
苦惱就因之遭遇
我知道許可已經(jīng)給予
去與同類團(tuán)聚
Annunciation
He has come from the garden, leaving
no shadow, no footprint in the dew:
They hold each other's gaze2 at the point
of balance: everything streaming
towards this moment, streaming away.
A word will set the seed
of life and death,
the over-shadowing of this girl
by a feathered dark.
But not yet: not quite yet.
How will she remember the silence
of that endless moment?
Or the end, when it all began --
the first of seven joys
before the seven sorrows?
She will remember the aftersong
because she is only human.
One day
she'll wake with wings, or wake
and find them gone.
