Work for Yourself
After graduated, people are always faced with two alternatives:working for themselves or someone else. Both of the two sound reasonable. While I tend to be in favor of the later.
From my perspective, working for myself.definitely is worse than working for someone else.Because you will have to deal with plenty of problems and risks by yourself,if you choose to start your own business.Lacking of experience, financial support and so on can always be fatal to your career. On the contrary,if you find a job in a proper company, there’s no need for you to worry any more, and you just need to work hard.Whats more, when working for others, you will acquire how to cooperate with others and increase your sense of responsibility, which are both great qualities.
All in all, working for someone else is equipped with much more advantages than for yourself. It can not only prevent yourself from unnecessary risks but also promote you improving yourself.

What builds a brand? What ruins one? After 131 years in the photography business, the famous film and camera company, Eastman Kodak Co. (柯達(dá)公司), filed for bankruptcy (破產(chǎn)) on January 19, 2012. Most people attributed its failure to its slowness to adapt to the digital age and poor leadership that lacked vision and consistency.
Dr. Kamal Munir, from the Cambridge Judge Business School, argued that there might be deeper causes. “For three quarters of the twentieth century, Kodak’s supreme success was not only developing new technology—the film camera—but creating a completely new mass market,” Kamal said. “Kodak made photography a popular pastime around the world. Kodak also played a big role in converting travel to tourism. The idea was that if you hadn’t brought back pictures from your vacation you might as well not have gone. For them, photography was about preserving memories for posterity (后代) and about sentiment.”
However, as Kamal noted, having played such a central role in creating meaning for photography, the company failed to understand that meaning had changed, from memories printed on paper to images shared by e-mail or on Facebook. What Kodak needed was a new business model for an environment in which people do not “preserve memories” but “share experiences”.
