俗話說(shuō):“騏驥一躍,不能十步,駑馬十駕,功在不舍”。真的,人非常需要這種楔而不舍的精神。在堅(jiān)持晨跑這件上,確實(shí)是需要非常毅力的。每天要堅(jiān)持早睡早起,要按照固定的作息時(shí)間,悠閑散漫的日子一去不返,特別是晚上不能休息太遲,改變了生活方式,這在年輕人看來(lái),簡(jiǎn)直是不可思議的事,因?yàn)樵缟衔妩c(diǎn)鐘,天微微亮,正是做夢(mèng)的好時(shí)光。曾經(jīng)有朋友笑話說(shuō),你們都過(guò)上了老年生活。實(shí)際上,我們已經(jīng)不能再做夢(mèng)了,只有樹(shù)立目標(biāo),下定決心,勇往直前地朝著一個(gè)方向前進(jìn),理想終將實(shí)現(xiàn)。曾經(jīng)單位女同事評(píng)我為“最有毅力男人”,我想她們給了過(guò)高的評(píng)價(jià),或許她們看到我比較執(zhí)著的一面吧。
