  投訴信通常包括以下幾個(gè)方面的內(nèi)容:說(shuō)明投訴的原因并表示遺憾;實(shí)事求是地闡述問(wèn)題發(fā)生的經(jīng)過(guò),切記不要夸大其詞;指出問(wèn)題引起的后果;提出批評(píng)及處理的意見(jiàn)或敦促對(duì)方采取措施,或者提出所希望的賠償以及補(bǔ)救方式。組織提綱時(shí)要遵循“三步走”的寫(xiě)作規(guī)律:
