First of all,I have a good command of english. By keeping practising.my oral english is sure to make you feel quite satisfied. Apart from that,I believe that grammar plays a critical part in the process of becoming skilled at English. So I shall put more empahsis on grammar.
Secondly,I will treat students equally if I am lucky enough to get this job. Nobody should be treated differently only for the reason that they are not brilliant enough. Being treated unfairly will make some students lose their interests in studying. This may lead to changing their whole life into a worse one.
