How to Cope with Stress
Stress is a natural reaction of human beings to the situation. Because of lacking skills to control the bad situations, most of us were troubled with stress.
Eating, sleeping, and exercising to right levels will help to keep one healthy both in mental an in physical. You can get some help from professionist or library to judge whether your diet is suitable. Avoid use too much mount of caffeine to cope with stress.
You should keep your good sleep habits unless the change is necessary. Good sleep will help you to both keeping enough vigor and fighting the disease.
Every day you should leave some time for exercise. Regular exercises help you to relax the tense nerve and renew your energy.
Aerobic activities such as swimming, jogging, brisk walking, cycling, or vigorous racquet sports will help to strength your heart and blood vessel. Some reports show that aerobic activities make people get more energy, less stress, better sleep, weight loss, and an improved self-image.
Two theories of the stress origin are popular. The life events theory thinks that different kinds of life events have different levels stress. The other theory believes that the stress comes from the troubles in life. When troubles come out, we should control our reaction, otherwise, stress will control us.
Sometimes the pressure of school and family can drive people up the wall. As young people experience the changes of adolescence, their emotions can switch violently. A bad day at school may result in a fight with your brother or sister; an argument with a friend may end in tears of sadness; and a conflict with a parent may lead to a broken window.
Imagine that your heart is transparent as glass. Let's say right now it is empty. What would you like to put in your heart? What would you like people to see if they could look into your heart? Would they see anger, jealousy or sadness? These things would only make you feel bad. What about joy, peace and love ? these qualities can make you smile, and the ones you love happy. Try to look at the bright side of life and things might begin to take on a whole new perspective. . Try to look at the bright side of life and things might begin to take on a whole new perspective.

1: The traditional view is that the ability important than looks
According to my ideas, a single appearance on the good is not enough, if you do not have that ability, it certainly is no future for the people is simply a waste.
2: Now, some people think that looks important than the ability to
Looks good on people, they themselves find it looks on the trip, after finding a big deal with the money on the line.
In short I think the ability to important than looks!
A Leeter of Complaint
You have bought a brand-new computer in a store. But much to your disappointment, it could not be properly operated when you got it back. Write a letter to the manager:
1) giving complaints,
2) describing the problems,
3) and asking for some compensations.
Dear manager,
I write this letter to you to make some complaints about the computer I bought in your store yesterday afternoon. There' s something wrong with it. That makes me extremely unhappy.
The computer cannot be properly shut down when I got it back to the office. When I click the shutdown button, it seems that the machine gives no response. And I'm so annoyed with it.
It's obvious that you didn' t carefully examine the machine before you sold it. I think your store should take full responsibility for selling me the defective machine. I insist that you give me a satisfactory reply. I do want you to give back my money as soon as possible.
Sincerely yours,
Tom
