　　“政府工作報(bào)告”的英文表達(dá)就是government work report，我們也可以說“a report on the work of the government ”。deliver a report就是作報(bào)告的意思。全國兩會(huì)是指全國人民代表大會(huì)(National People's Congress)以及中國人民政治協(xié)商會(huì)議(Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference)。簡稱NPC和CPPCC(或The PCC)。
