　　A majority of door locks used by Chinese households are vulnerable to lock picking and should be upgraded to category B locks, the China Consumer's Association has said.

　　Despite some locks using techniques to prevent picking, it would only take seconds or less than a minute to unlock them without using the keys.

　　It would take a locksmith more than five minutes to unlock category B locks. More important, the longer period of time to pick the locks would give the burglar much more psychological pressure.
