現(xiàn)在, 大多數(shù)女孩追求完美身材,節(jié)食減肥導(dǎo)致了先是脾虛后來腎虛再來氣血虛,所以常常面色不好掉頭發(fā)。在吃山藥糊糊的同時(shí)加入芝麻糊一起則是絕佳的,先健脾再補(bǔ)腎,才會(huì)事半功倍。可在糊糊中加入枸杞和大棗補(bǔ)充血?dú)狻?/p>

芝麻糊湯圓的制作方法
Hi, I am making sesame soup today.
Don’t worry, we don’t need pestle and mortar today.
We need 50g plain rice, soaked overnight,160g black sesame seeds,200g rock sugar,a little more white sesame seeds, Glutinous rice balls , 6 glasses /48oz (1.42 litre) water.

Use medium heat to toast the black sesameseeds and add the secret ingredients (white sesame seeds) into the pan. Toastuntil white sesame seeds turns golden and give out fragrance.
Until there is no water (sesame seeds need to be washed and soaked before toasting), use medium-low heat.
The sesame seeds have been toasted for 9minutes.
將提前用水洗過和泡過的黑芝麻放入鍋中焙,加入白芝麻,當(dāng)白芝麻變色并有香氣散發(fā)的時(shí)候觀察還有無水分,直至水分沒了,則完成。

Put the sesame seeds, rice and water intothe blender, blend at low speed for 2 minutes before turning it to high speed.
Scrape off the paste from the lid (蓋子)and add it back into the jar.
Use your finger to check the smoothness of the paste.
Add water, rock candy and sesame seed paste into the pan, stir slowly.
Check the thickness and sweetness of the soup.
Add in the glutinous rice balls. Cook inmedium low heat. Stir well.
將焙好的黑芝麻與準(zhǔn)備好的米和水一起放入攪拌機(jī),先用低檔攪拌2分鐘左右再切換至高檔。攪拌后停下將糊在蓋子上的芝麻糊糊刮到攪拌機(jī)里繼續(xù)攪拌,用手檢查糊糊的順滑程度。之后將攪好的糊糊加入鍋中,并加入冰糖和少許水,慢慢攪拌即可。
搭配食法
最后芝麻糊糊就做好了,加入做好的湯圓是不錯(cuò)的搭配。也可加入山藥粉,枸杞,紅棗一起實(shí)用。這是一道對(duì)身體絕佳的食補(bǔ)糊,愿大家新的一年都擁有健康的身體。
