一、本學期指導思想

學生情況分析：據(jù)初步調(diào)查情況，學生基礎差異大，給培輔工作帶來一定的難度。從學習情況、知識技能掌握情況以及日常行為規(guī)范情況來看，大部分同學學習積極性高，學習目的明確，上課認真，自我要求嚴格，但同時仍然有部分學生學習不夠認真，紀律生活方面比較懶散，自我控制力不強，出現(xiàn)上課講小話、睡覺、不做作業(yè)等現(xiàn)象。
