　　1) 認(rèn)真審題、構(gòu)思。

　　先分析題目所包含的內(nèi)容和信息，把握住出題者的意圖，確定文章屬于哪一種體裁，思考表達(dá)文體和寫(xiě)作手法，將主題思想完美表達(dá)出來(lái)，然后仔細(xì)閱讀作文要求、提綱或其他相關(guān)內(nèi)容(如圖表、圖畫(huà)、數(shù)字說(shuō)明等)，注意抓住題目和提綱中的關(guān)鍵詞及提綱要點(diǎn)之間的銜接和邏輯關(guān)系，進(jìn)一步考慮怎樣組織段落來(lái)突出主題。

　　2) 注意篇章結(jié)構(gòu)，合理布局。

　　盡管四級(jí)作文篇幅較短(120字左右)、內(nèi)容覆蓋面較窄，但畢竟是一篇完整的文章，這就要求考生們寫(xiě)出的文章要結(jié)構(gòu)健全，給人以整體感;要篇中分段，且段落劃分得體，長(zhǎng)短合理，一般以三、四段為宜。

　　3) 收集材料， 支持主題句。

　　材料可以是事實(shí)、例證、親身經(jīng)歷、名人名言、諺語(yǔ)警句等。應(yīng)當(dāng)注意的是，所選材料要與文章的主題相符，即要"扣題"。同時(shí)要具有典型性，能充分說(shuō)明問(wèn)題。在有多個(gè)例證的段落中，還要注意各個(gè)例證之間的連貫性。

　　4)書(shū)寫(xiě)要整齊、規(guī)范。

　　檢查單詞拼寫(xiě)、大小寫(xiě)、標(biāo)點(diǎn)符號(hào)以及文章的時(shí)態(tài)、語(yǔ)態(tài)和主謂一致，避免片斷句(fragment sentence)和不斷句(run-on sentence)。
