I am interested in the field of study of Organizational Behavior. In the past， I have had the experience of working in settings where the people and the corporate cultures of the companies were all different. I have found that there is a great difference in the both the behaviors of people and of their organizations， depending on whether they are state-owned enterprises (SOEs)， large multinational firms， or small to medium sized foreign enterprises. One simple example is that of the ability of an employee to act independently without direct instructions from his or her boss. In many Chinese organizations， acting without direct instructions is considered a form of disrespect towards the supervisor， who is generally offended by such behavior. In my experience and research， such organizations tend to have low operating efficiency with the employees losing their innate ability to take the initiative.
In contrast， foreign enterprises tend to welcome employees who have the ability to make decisions on their own， though the extent to which this is true depends on whether the supervisor is a local Chinese or an expatriate. These organizat Applied Program：Organizational Behavior
The purpose behind this personal statement is to not only gain admission to your well-established and highly respected Ph.D. program， but to impress upon you my passion for learning and my tremendous desire to succeed in both scholastic research and in teaching on the professional level. I have based my decision to pursue an academic career not on purely practical reasons， but rather on my own natural interests and aptitude. My personal philosophy is that money and social status should not be pursued as life-consuming objectives and that in actuality they are the by-products of goals originating from one's inner needs. I understand that my intellectual capacity is a gift， and I intend to use this gift to the very best of my substantial capabilities.

出國(guó)留學(xué)一年費(fèi)用大概多少錢
一、出國(guó)留學(xué)前的費(fèi)用
考試費(fèi)用：出國(guó)前首先要準(zhǔn)備托?；蜓潘伎荚?，雅思考試費(fèi)用1750元。不需要面試的托福也將和雅思考試形式一致。
院校申請(qǐng)：國(guó)外相當(dāng)多的大學(xué)需要收申請(qǐng)人的院校申請(qǐng)費(fèi)，收了這筆錢后，大學(xué)才會(huì)對(duì)申請(qǐng)人的材料進(jìn)行評(píng)審和評(píng)估。因?yàn)樾枰馁M(fèi)它的人力，這筆錢多少不等，平均下來每所也有100美元左右。
郵寄費(fèi)：把材料郵寄到學(xué)校還要花郵寄費(fèi)，每份特快專遞費(fèi)200元，僅5個(gè)專遞費(fèi)就是1000元。
二、中期費(fèi)用
保險(xiǎn)費(fèi)：拿到簽證以后，往往需要買保險(xiǎn)。各國(guó)保險(xiǎn)不一樣，如英國(guó)的保險(xiǎn)和學(xué)費(fèi)打包，不需要額外買。美國(guó)、澳大利亞、加拿大則需要先交保險(xiǎn)費(fèi)，健康、醫(yī)療等加起來差不多在400-500美元之間/年。
生活必用品：常備藥品、學(xué)習(xí)用品、廚具如電飯煲之類需2000元左右;行李不能超重，否則還要加收費(fèi)用。
三、國(guó)外費(fèi)用
學(xué)費(fèi)：發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家英、美、澳、加的學(xué)費(fèi)平均一年8萬元;生活費(fèi)至少也應(yīng)該是8萬元/年，基本上生活費(fèi)和學(xué)費(fèi)是一半一半，合計(jì)每年16萬元。學(xué)費(fèi)中有的大學(xué)含教材，有的不含，如果要額外追加教材費(fèi)的話，估計(jì)4000元人民幣都不多。
學(xué)校宿舍：大約為每學(xué)期2000-7500美金。因?yàn)閲?guó)外大多數(shù)學(xué)校的宿舍都配有電子監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)及專業(yè)的保安人員，就安全性來說，學(xué)校公寓無疑是選擇，但對(duì)自由的限制會(huì)高。此外，部分學(xué)校會(huì)要求學(xué)生住在學(xué)習(xí)宿舍，至少一年，具體要求可去學(xué)校查詢。
出國(guó)留學(xué)出入境流程解讀
1、登機(jī)手續(xù)
從機(jī)場(chǎng)顯示屏上查看自己的航班柜臺(tái)號(hào)，找到相應(yīng)的辦理柜臺(tái)，將機(jī)票、護(hù)照(含有效簽證)、身份證交給機(jī)場(chǎng)值機(jī)人員即可。辦理完登機(jī)手續(xù)后，值機(jī)人員會(huì)將機(jī)票的旅客聯(lián)、登機(jī)牌、行李票，護(hù)照，身份證退回給你。
2、行李托運(yùn)
留學(xué)生大多都有很多的行李，在辦理登記手續(xù)的同時(shí)，就可以辦理托運(yùn)手續(xù)。結(jié)束后，會(huì)給你一張行李票。但是，隨機(jī)托運(yùn)行李的重量和尺寸都有限制，根據(jù)航空公司不同，所規(guī)定的免費(fèi)托運(yùn)重量限制也有所不同。
3、過安檢
到達(dá)安檢通道后，通道口會(huì)有安檢柜臺(tái)，將機(jī)票的旅客聯(lián)、登機(jī)牌、身份證交給安檢員，安檢員審核沒問題會(huì)在登機(jī)牌上面蓋章。然后過安檢門，隨身帶的物品要從安檢門旁的X光安檢機(jī)過去(不能攜帶的物品)，學(xué)生自己要從安檢門通過。安檢沒問題的話就可進(jìn)候機(jī)廳候機(jī)。
4、候機(jī)時(shí)注意聽廣播
通過安檢后，據(jù)登機(jī)牌上標(biāo)明的航班查找登機(jī)口，并找到與登機(jī)口對(duì)應(yīng)的候機(jī)廳，一般情況下，幾號(hào)登機(jī)口就在幾號(hào)候機(jī)廳候機(jī)。找到候機(jī)廳就在那里休息，等廣播通知登機(jī)。記得一定要記得注意聽廣播。
5、登機(jī)跟著人群走
聽到登機(jī)廣播后，在登機(jī)口會(huì)有服務(wù)人員撕登機(jī)牌，到登機(jī)口將登機(jī)牌交服務(wù)人員，服務(wù)人員將登機(jī)牌撕一小塊，其他部分交回給你(如果是學(xué)生票，可能需要出示學(xué)生簽證)，持登機(jī)牌跟著人群上飛機(jī)。注意：上飛機(jī)后記得關(guān)掉手機(jī)
登機(jī)牌上標(biāo)明有位置，如：5D、11C什么的，數(shù)字代表第幾排，每排的座位是按A、B、C、D、E、F。排的，飛機(jī)上的座位號(hào)標(biāo)在放行李的艙壁(座位上方)。找到自己的位置坐下，扣上安全帶，同時(shí)注意起飛前關(guān)掉手機(jī)。在飛機(jī)上，需要填寫服務(wù)員提供的入境登記卡及海關(guān)申報(bào)單。
