Due to the comprehensiveness of China’s “reform and open” policies， economics plays an increasingly important role in the development of its global position. Though more and more companies built， management of companies cannot catch up with the development of the companies. Management is a burgeoning field in China， so I hope I can acquire more modern knowledge on management in England. The roots of my strong interest in business can be traced back to my childhood. My father was among the first of China’s new breed of modern entrepreneurs. As a young girl， it was inspirational hearing about his business ventures， and meeting the varied and interesting circle of entrepreneurs. My mother was also involved in business as an accountant， helping him with simple calculations. And so it was early in my life that I hoped I， also， would someday be able to enter the realm of business.
With the time of growing up， I preferred reading books to satisfy my curiosity. I never ceased to contemplate over the questions I encountered. Subjects on business and management became a special fascination to me and my knowledge of psychology as well as interest in this field was increasing rapidly.
As a high school student in China， I had to concentrate on the College Entrance Examination (CEE)， even so， books not related to the exams were never excluded from my life. Unfortunately when sitting in the exam in June， 20__， I was so nervous that I didn’t score well in the CEE exam. I enrolled in the department of Computer Science in Zhejiang College of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Any attempt to persuade myself to focus on my major turned out to be a failure at the beginning of my college life. After several terms， I realized that I would never be interested in being a programmer or an engineer. At that moment， I lost my direction and objectives.
My persistence in reading saved me from the dark situation. As a matter of fact， I enjoyed reading the books included Encyclopedia American， and some books about management by Peter F.Drucker. I began to notice something interesting： Why some companies can produce more than others? Why some company can sell more than others? Why some companies can build up but others cannot when facing the same difficulties?
With the questions in my mind， I started to read many relevant books. I was lucky to read the book “Jack： Straight from the Gut”by Jack Welch， in Which John A. Byrne makes a clear illustration that the management is important for a company. When I was a junior， I ran a bookshop by myself near my school. I should manage not only the finance in the shop but also the employees in my shop even made some strategies to enlarge the business in my shop to hold on the run the shop. From this， my interpersonal skills and the capacity in business has been greatly developed， definitely I was increasingly interested in what I was doing. By December， 20__， I had finally determined to take business management as my career instead of IT. To accumulate more relevant knowledge， I strived to gain more practical work experience in some big companies.
Fortunately， as a senior， I began by conducting an internship in the Architecture Company in Zhejiang Province. Over six months， I worked as an assistant of the manager to harmonize the relationship between the different departments in this company and to draft some management system， which broadened my perspective of management conditions and business performance in different industries. The experience showed me that management is much more important than that of I thought in big companies. After graduation， I continued my work in this company. In May， 20__， the company offered me an opportunity to participate in an training program held by a famous management school. Through in-depth discussions with teachers and students in the classes， they all encouraged me to pursue my future career in management field because of my intellectual ability and the brand new ideas I mentioned.
During the short period of training， I realized that pursuing a higher degree in management is a wise choice for me now. Lancaster， with its excellence in management， represents the perfect fit for my needs. 美國(guó)留學(xué)申請(qǐng)條件
1、高中階段
美國(guó)高中留學(xué)申請(qǐng)中常用的語(yǔ)言成績(jī)有SLEP，TOEFL Junior，TOEFL。要注意TOEFL Junior可作為8年級(jí)學(xué)生的入學(xué)申請(qǐng)，但9年級(jí)10年級(jí)，仍需要托福成績(jī)。
托普仕一般建議SLEP55分以上，TOEFL80以上。
2、本科階段
美國(guó)本科對(duì)于語(yǔ)言要求比較高，申請(qǐng)本科語(yǔ)言要求托福至少79分或雅思6.0分以上。通常來(lái)說(shuō)：
申請(qǐng)前30大學(xué)：托福至少100分，雅思至少7分
申請(qǐng)50-30名大學(xué)：托福90或以上，雅思6.5或以上
申請(qǐng)100-50名大學(xué)：托福成績(jī)?yōu)?9分以上，雅思成績(jī)?yōu)?分以上。
需要注意的是，相當(dāng)多的美國(guó)本科高?？梢韵?qū)W生發(fā)出有條件的錄取通知書(shū)。也就是說(shuō)，學(xué)生可以在本科開(kāi)學(xué)前閱讀一段時(shí)間的語(yǔ)言課程，然后再學(xué)習(xí)該課程。至于語(yǔ)言課程的長(zhǎng)度，則取決于學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)情況。
3、研究生階段
對(duì)大多數(shù)專(zhuān)業(yè)來(lái)說(shuō)，托福要求低的學(xué)校的最低分一般是79分或80分。大多數(shù)要求很高的學(xué)校的最低分?jǐn)?shù)為100分，少數(shù)學(xué)校的分?jǐn)?shù)要求高于100分，比如哥倫比亞大學(xué)的傳媒專(zhuān)業(yè)。如果能拿到100多所，學(xué)校的基本選擇不會(huì)受到托福的阻礙。如果其他條件好，應(yīng)用效果會(huì)更好。文科專(zhuān)業(yè)對(duì)托福的要求普遍較高，如傳媒等專(zhuān)業(yè)。不僅前50名的學(xué)校，而且許多50至100名的學(xué)校要求托福成績(jī)?yōu)?00分。
雅思的話也可以接受，在美國(guó)排名前50的大學(xué)中，無(wú)論是本科生還是研究生對(duì)雅思成績(jī)都有很高的要求，雅思一般至少需要達(dá)到7分。如果你想申請(qǐng)商學(xué)院(BNP Paribas)和法學(xué)院(laws chool)前50名的大學(xué)，以及傳媒專(zhuān)業(yè)的研究生，你至少需要獲得7.5分的雅思成績(jī)。申請(qǐng)美國(guó)普通大學(xué)至少需要雅思6.0分和研究生6.5分。盡管雅思已經(jīng)得到了大量美國(guó)大學(xué)的認(rèn)可，但美國(guó)大學(xué)提出的雅思成績(jī)卻相對(duì)苛刻，一般都在7.0分以上，有的甚至需要達(dá)到7.5分。
美國(guó)留學(xué)申請(qǐng)步驟
1、確定學(xué)校及學(xué)習(xí)項(xiàng)目
說(shuō)起美國(guó)留學(xué)，我們最主要的目的還是為了學(xué)習(xí)，所以一個(gè)合理的定位是特別重要的。在選校的過(guò)程中要清楚“最理想”的學(xué)校不一定是排名最高的，而是最適合你條件的學(xué)校。在確定好院校目標(biāo)之后，一定要多了解申請(qǐng)項(xiàng)目的信息以及截止時(shí)間，以便你合理地安排自己的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化考試。
2、了解留學(xué)費(fèi)用信息
對(duì)于申請(qǐng)美國(guó)留學(xué)來(lái)說(shuō)，大部分學(xué)校是不提供獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金的(博士一般會(huì)有獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金)，所以要提前了解自身的資金情況。不同學(xué)校的學(xué)費(fèi)是會(huì)有差別的，同時(shí)也可以結(jié)合一下該學(xué)校的地理位置，了解一下當(dāng)?shù)氐娜粘Ｉ钕M(fèi)，也便于合理的規(guī)劃資金。
3、完成申請(qǐng)工作
這部分的申請(qǐng)工作主要包括GRE&TOEFL送分、文書(shū)材料準(zhǔn)備以及網(wǎng)申和郵寄等。所以一定要給這個(gè)步驟留有足夠多的時(shí)間，以便于能夠充分的準(zhǔn)備好相關(guān)材料。文書(shū)工作是一個(gè)重點(diǎn)，在寫(xiě)文書(shū)的過(guò)程中，一定要熟悉各類(lèi)文書(shū)的側(cè)重點(diǎn)，需要哪些方面的素材，在寫(xiě)好初稿后要留有時(shí)間多修改潤(rùn)色，為自己制作一套完美的文書(shū)。
一般申請(qǐng)理工科研究生，文書(shū)主要包括一個(gè)CV、三個(gè)RL以及一個(gè)SP。但是個(gè)別學(xué)校可能還會(huì)要求有小PS，所以也要提前查好學(xué)校的申請(qǐng)要求。其他材料比如存款證明、成績(jī)單、在讀證明(畢業(yè)證學(xué)位證)、護(hù)照等等也要提前準(zhǔn)備好，一定不要錯(cuò)過(guò)申請(qǐng)的截止時(shí)間。
4、準(zhǔn)備美國(guó)簽證
走到這一步說(shuō)明咱們已經(jīng)順利拿到學(xué)校的OFFER，申請(qǐng)工作也即將進(jìn)入尾聲，但是申請(qǐng)簽證這個(gè)步驟可不容忽視哈，一定要認(rèn)真準(zhǔn)備。對(duì)于美國(guó)F-1學(xué)生簽證，主要分三個(gè)步驟：預(yù)約簽證、準(zhǔn)備材料、進(jìn)行面簽。完整的簽證材料是成功過(guò)簽的基礎(chǔ)，所以一定要按照要求把需要的都準(zhǔn)備齊。
在面簽過(guò)程中，也不要太緊張或太不重視，認(rèn)真回答簽證官的問(wèn)題，給他們留下一個(gè)良好的印象，通常都是可以順利過(guò)簽的。
5、收拾行李，準(zhǔn)備啟程
在我們順利拿到簽證之后，就可以安安心心地買(mǎi)機(jī)票啦，這塊一點(diǎn)要注意，到美國(guó)時(shí)間為爭(zhēng)取半個(gè)月左右，這樣就可以收拾自己的行囊，準(zhǔn)備赴美。
