I am interested in the field of study of Organizational Behavior. In the past， I have had the experience of working in settings where the people and the corporate cultures of the companies were all different. I have found that there is a great difference in the both the behaviors of people and of their organizations， depending on whether they are state-owned enterprises (SOEs)， large multinational firms， or small to medium sized foreign enterprises. One simple example is that of the ability of an employee to act independently without direct instructions from his or her boss. In many Chinese organizations， acting without direct instructions is considered a form of disrespect towards the supervisor， who is generally offended by such behavior. In my experience and research， such organizations tend to have low operating efficiency with the employees losing their innate ability to take the initiative.

The purpose behind this personal statement is to not only gain admission to your well-established and highly respected Ph.D. program， but to impress upon you my passion for learning and my tremendous desire to succeed in both scholastic research and in teaching on the professional level. I have based my decision to pursue an academic career not on purely practical reasons， but rather on my own natural interests and aptitude. My personal philosophy is that money and social status should not be pursued as life-consuming objectives and that in actuality they are the by-products of goals originating from one's inner needs. I understand that my intellectual capacity is a gift， and I intend to use this gift to the very best of my substantial capabilities.

3、低廉的留學(xué)費(fèi)用
法國公立大學(xué)學(xué)費(fèi)由國家全額負(fù)擔(dān)對學(xué)生全免學(xué)費(fèi)，專業(yè)學(xué)習(xí)階段只收100-500歐元左右的注冊費(fèi)。法國教育支出占GDP5.6%，世界第二，僅次于丹麥。
4、寬松的留學(xué)政策
申請法國留學(xué)，公立大學(xué)只需要提供約10萬元人民幣左右的資金擔(dān)保，此資金證明在簽證期間有效，存期在6個(gè)月以上即可。相對于其他的留學(xué)國家而言，資金要求比較寬松。
5、法國允許打工，并有多項(xiàng)有利于外國學(xué)生的政府政策
每名同學(xué)都有權(quán)做兼職工作，所有學(xué)生均有打工的權(quán)利，每周可自由從事帶薪工作20小時(shí)，也可以把工作時(shí)間集中起來，在學(xué)校放假期間全職打工。所有拿到碩士或相當(dāng)于碩士的文憑(工程師文憑、高等商學(xué)院文憑等)后，可以獲得為期六個(gè)月的臨時(shí)居留證，以尋找或從事與所學(xué)專業(yè)有關(guān)的帶薪工作。6個(gè)月結(jié)束后，如果已被雇用將獲得允許在法國居住工作的居留證。
法國留學(xué)打工政策解讀
想要在法國留學(xué)期間打工兼職，就必須嚴(yán)格按照當(dāng)?shù)氐姆ㄒ?guī)制度執(zhí)行。根據(jù)法國相關(guān)規(guī)定，凡是在當(dāng)?shù)馗叩冉逃龣C(jī)關(guān)正式注冊、享受大學(xué)生社會(huì)保險(xiǎn)體制但不享受任何獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金的外國留學(xué)生，均有工作權(quán)利，但一定要事先申請獲得臨時(shí)工作許可證(APT)，只有這樣當(dāng)你的權(quán)益受到了威脅時(shí)，就會(huì)得到相應(yīng)的保障。一般學(xué)生帶著雇傭方的合同，到法國勞工事務(wù)處登記，即可獲得這個(gè)許可證。正常情況下，大約在遞交材料3到6周后，即可收到所申請的工卡。此外，法國公司對勞工有非常健全的保障，包括兼職工作人員在工作期間的休息安排、用餐時(shí)間等。
1.所需證件
在申請打工之前，需要準(zhǔn)備一些相關(guān)證件，首先護(hù)照是必不可少的，其次就是一年期的“學(xué)生”居留證(titre de séjour)和有效學(xué)生證 (carte d’étudiant)，還有學(xué)生保險(xiǎn)資格(即 REGIME DE LA SECURITE SOCIALE DES ETUDIANTS)。另外，一些沒有為學(xué)生辦理社會(huì)保險(xiǎn)資格的私立學(xué)校，尤其是語言學(xué)校的學(xué)生，不能在學(xué)校購買社會(huì)保險(xiǎn)，只能購買私人學(xué)生保險(xiǎn)，當(dāng)然也無權(quán)申請打半工。
2.時(shí)長限制
在法國，持有學(xué)生拘留證明的留學(xué)生是允許打半工的，時(shí)間為全工的60%，也就是學(xué)生打半工每周的打工時(shí)間不得超過20小時(shí);如在學(xué)校兼課，授課時(shí)間則不得多于10小時(shí)。總之，學(xué)生每年可工作964個(gè)小時(shí)。在假期時(shí)，學(xué)生有權(quán)打全工，但每年最多只能打3個(gè)月的全工。如果在打滿全工后，再打半工的時(shí)間就要用全年允許工作的時(shí)間減去已經(jīng)工作3個(gè)全月的時(shí)間，當(dāng)年內(nèi)再打半工的時(shí)間總合不能超過這個(gè)時(shí)間。另外，還要注意，如果超時(shí)工作而無正當(dāng)理由的話，可能會(huì)影響來年續(xù)拘留的辦理。
3.工資標(biāo)準(zhǔn)
法國政府對于留學(xué)生的月工資方面有著明確的規(guī)定，要求不能低于各行業(yè)最低工資標(biāo)準(zhǔn)(SMIC)。一般情況下，雇主向打工的學(xué)生開出的工資都是毛工資(salaire brut)，去掉20%左右后，才是真正到手的工資。
