For as long as I can remember it has been my fondest dream and my furthest goal to attend college. From the beginning, I knew it would be an uphill climb to gain admission into a prestigious university. I have worked long and hard to get good grades in order for me to attend a university. I was finally admitted to the University of California Riverside. If I graduate from college I will be the first in my family. But, lately I have realized that I cannot reach my dreams alone; I would need financial assistance. My father was laid off from his job four months ago and my mother is unemployed. We're barely able to make our housing payments, utility and insurance bills. And if that weren't enough school tuition has dramatically gone up. I also have two other brothers who have to attend a university, but my family can't afford it. I need assistance financially. By being a recipient of a scholarship from Riverside Community College I will be able to alleviate this need, and possibly be the first member in my family to graduate from college
Through much research and self-analysis I have decided that I would pursue a career in International Business. This field offers competitive salary to college grads, gives a chance to travel to different parts of the world, and is also a competitive field in today's continually globalizing economy, which has caused a demand for those with international expertise. After receiving my Bachelor's degree in Business Administration at the University of California Riverside, I plan to continue my education until I receive a Masters and Doctorate degree in International Marketing
I decided that a career in International Business is for me because I have traveled to many foreign countries throughout my life and have excelled in foreign languages. I have a solid background in the English and Spanish languages and I also know a little of Italian
Being Bolivian and living in the United States has given me an interesting, well rounded outlook on the world. I am a blend of two opposing lifestyles, and my thoughts, ideas, and actions reflect this blend. I have a thorough knowledge of the American and Spanish cultural lifestyles which I believe would be of an advantage to me when I pursue a career in international marketing. Also, while still attending classes at the University, I hope to study abroad for a semester, in the process immersing myself in another culture, and deepening my personal and academic understanding of International Business
After studying abroad and receiving my degree, I would like to volunteer to work for a non-profit organization. Then after gaining business knowledge and most importantly business experience, I will enter the exciting international corporate world. In the long-run, I envision for myself a career straddling the highest levels of international business as a corporate leader. 一、飲食
多元文化還帶來(lái)了風(fēng)味美食的匯聚，這里不僅由本地的特色菜色，還會(huì)有周邊國(guó)家的美食，中餐就是很重要的一部分，可以滿足學(xué)生的吃飯需求，而且一般價(jià)格都比較便宜。
西餐在這里也很常見(jiàn)，還有日韓的特色菜，馬來(lái)餐和印度菜在這里也很受歡迎，大家每天的吃喝都可以不重樣，一個(gè)月最多準(zhǔn)備好1500元也就足夠用了，還可以偶爾吃頓大餐。
二、購(gòu)物
這里擁有全球的購(gòu)物中心之一，而且海關(guān)的關(guān)稅也比較低，所以在這里購(gòu)買(mǎi)越貴的東西越劃算，而且還可以進(jìn)行退稅，可以說(shuō)是很適合采購(gòu)的一個(gè)國(guó)家，不過(guò)大家也不要亂花錢(qián)。

一、地鐵

運(yùn)行時(shí)間從凌晨的5：30-凌晨1：00，一共有五條交叉的線路，互聯(lián)進(jìn)行勾連，能夠通往島上的各個(gè)地方，大家只需要在購(gòu)票的時(shí)候，確認(rèn)好自己的目的地即可，使用綠色、紅色、紫色、黃色和藍(lán)色進(jìn)行區(qū)分。

二、公交

運(yùn)行的時(shí)間一般是早上的6：00-凌晨0：00，票價(jià)沒(méi)有分站次，同一單程是10元，車(chē)次發(fā)行時(shí)間一般是10-20分鐘一趟，頻率還是比較高的，大家出行同樣可以辦卡享受優(yōu)惠。
三、出租
舒適度的，自然還是出租車(chē)，不過(guò)相對(duì)應(yīng)的，它的價(jià)格也是最貴的，所以其實(shí)在新加坡打車(chē)的人其實(shí)不算多，而且打車(chē)需要線上叫車(chē)，在路上是不會(huì)有空車(chē)供大家招手即停的。
打車(chē)的起步價(jià)還會(huì)有平時(shí)、周末、夜間和早晚階段的差異，基礎(chǔ)上15元，然后是25元，要么總費(fèi)用貴50%，或者貴25%，會(huì)根據(jù)行程和時(shí)間進(jìn)行收費(fèi)。
