With more than eight years of higher learning and quality research behind me, I now stand ready to pursue advanced studies and scale grander heights in my career.
Presently, I work at a leading Beijing-based center of telecommunications research and development, jointly run by Canada's Northern Telecom Ltd., one of the world's foremost IT enterprises, and the Beijing University of Yanjiu, a major higher-learning institution in IT technologies in China. Engaged in cutting-edge research and development at this center, I have accumulated a lot of advanced knowledge and expertise in IT technologies in a relatively short time.
I obtained this coveted position at such a respected international establishment on the strength of my research experience at the North China Institute of Computing Technologies, the country's oldest research organization in computer science. Exercising my diligence and creativity, I specialized in automation research and development in this institute, which not only gave me the opportunity to make full use of what I had learned at the university but also spurred me to constantly improve myself. I taught myself Computer Control Technology, Contemporary Control Theory, Electrical control Technology and Process Control & Automation Device, among other subjects.
Because of my strong skills in both hardware and software, I was appointed in 1995 the leader of a team to design the computer control system "Distributed Control System (DCS)". Under my effective leadership, the team completed design of the system structure, development of the modules, and programming of the software, and system debugging all in less than one year. A real-time computer control system, it can be combined with 2048 channels. For this project, I independently designed the kernels-CPU module, two other modules and the I/O interface software. The system is now a leading product in China's automation industry.
My research successes were built upon my solid undergraduate training at Tsinghua University, widely considered China's best engineering school. Between 1989 and 1994, I studied at Tsinghua as a major of electronic engineering, concentrating on basic courses as well as courses of my major. These courses solidly grounded me in theories of telecommunications and endowed me with all-round expertise in both software and hardware engineering. At the time of my graduation, my overall GPA ranked me among the top 10% of about 200 students in my grade.
Taking advantage of Tsinghua's emphasis on hands-on experience, I did a lot of lab work in my undergraduate studies. In my third year, I joined the university's Laboratory of Information Systems. In the lab I successfully designed the "2Mb/s PCM Digital Interface (32 frames)" used in the analogue PBX (Private Branch Exchange). In 1993, I independently designed a "Speech Signal Processing Card" used in the SUN SPARC station. This successful development of this card ended the situation in which the SUN SPARC station could not be used for speech processing and other multimedia applications. In the course of these projects, I became versed in hardware structure of the RISC computer, UNIX operating system and programming. All this laid a firm foundation for my career advancement.
My academic standing was so strong that I was offered acceptance into Tsinghua's graduate school without the normally mandatory admission exams. That was a privilege available to only the very best of each crop of graduating students. But I declined the offer, figuring that I should gain challenging research experience behind me, I think the time has come for me to not only undertake graduate studies but also undertake graduate studies in a quality program in the United States.
Ideally, I would like to enter into a Master's program that would lead me into Ph. D. studies later on. In such a program, I would like to focus my studies on one or a combination of the following areas: Control Systems, Communications Engineering, Digital Signal and Image Processing, or Microcomputer Applications. I will bring to the program a professional background significantly enrich my knowledge, enhance my expertise, and sharpen my research skills. 一、泰國(guó)留學(xué)本科申請(qǐng)條件
1、學(xué)歷
申請(qǐng)?zhí)﹪?guó)本科的學(xué)生，一定是在國(guó)內(nèi)已經(jīng)完成了12年的教育的，可以是高中以上、中專以上或者是技校以上學(xué)歷的學(xué)生，還可以是在國(guó)內(nèi)已經(jīng)上了一年本科的學(xué)生。高中畢業(yè)的學(xué)生高考的分?jǐn)?shù)要在當(dāng)?shù)氐亩揪€以上，泰國(guó)的一些學(xué)校只要學(xué)生的高考分?jǐn)?shù)只要超過了大專的最低分?jǐn)?shù)就可以，還有其他的學(xué)生也可以通過一些測(cè)試或者是面試來申請(qǐng)?zhí)﹪?guó)的本科。
2、語(yǔ)言
泰國(guó)的每所學(xué)校對(duì)學(xué)生的IELTS要求有少許差別，差距不大，一般泰國(guó)的公立學(xué)校對(duì)學(xué)生的IELTS總分是要在6.0分以上，要求學(xué)生的寫作要達(dá)到6.0分，如果是沒有IELTS學(xué)生申請(qǐng)?zhí)﹪?guó)的本科，一些學(xué)校會(huì)有語(yǔ)言的測(cè)試，也可以去參加泰國(guó)的大學(xué)的英語(yǔ)測(cè)試，只要你的測(cè)試通過了，一樣是可以申請(qǐng)的。對(duì)于泰國(guó)的私立學(xué)校同樣是這個(gè)要求。如果你沒有IELTS也沒有TOEFL的話，可以在泰國(guó)先把英語(yǔ)加強(qiáng)一下，等到參加學(xué)校的英語(yǔ)測(cè)試通過了之后就可以了。泰國(guó)其實(shí)很多的專業(yè)都是用泰語(yǔ)教學(xué)的，如果你想申請(qǐng)這種專業(yè)的話，泰語(yǔ)也是有很高的要求的。

在泰國(guó)上學(xué)，每年的費(fèi)用和歐美國(guó)家的費(fèi)用相比較是有很大的差距的，泰國(guó)的費(fèi)用幾乎是所有工薪家庭都能接受的。在泰國(guó)每所學(xué)校和每種專業(yè)的學(xué)費(fèi)會(huì)有很大的差別，一般比較少的學(xué)費(fèi)是16000元到18000元的都有，絕大多數(shù)的專業(yè)都是在18000元到80000元之間，你在泰國(guó)每個(gè)月的生活費(fèi)是2000元到3000元就夠了。所以學(xué)生在經(jīng)濟(jì)方面是不需要有很大的顧慮的。
4、其他條件
去泰國(guó)讀本科需要有良好的身體素質(zhì)，沒有一些身體上的疾病來影響你的學(xué)習(xí)，你在去泰國(guó)之前，會(huì)讓你去做一下體檢，檢查一下你有沒有身體上的疾病。還有你在國(guó)內(nèi)如果犯過罪或者是有過行政處罰的話，你就很難去到泰國(guó)學(xué)習(xí)了。
二、泰國(guó)留學(xué)本科的費(fèi)用
1、學(xué)費(fèi)
在泰國(guó)讀本科一般都是需要花四年的學(xué)習(xí)，泰國(guó)的公立學(xué)校都是政府辦的，所以要求學(xué)生交的學(xué)費(fèi)就偏低一些，私立學(xué)校不是政府辦的要求學(xué)生交的學(xué)費(fèi)要偏高一些。公立學(xué)校的學(xué)費(fèi)是13000元到40000元，跟國(guó)內(nèi)的學(xué)費(fèi)是差不多的，不過公立大學(xué)雖然學(xué)費(fèi)收的少，但是一些隱性的支出還是不少的，比如有管理費(fèi)用、學(xué)雜費(fèi)等。私立的學(xué)校收費(fèi)是3萬(wàn)元到5萬(wàn)元不等，在泰國(guó)的學(xué)校醫(yī)學(xué)專業(yè)的學(xué)費(fèi)是要比其他專業(yè)的學(xué)費(fèi)要高的。如果你在讀本科之前還要讀語(yǔ)言的話，一般是2個(gè)月到1年的時(shí)間，學(xué)費(fèi)是3500元到4萬(wàn)元不等，看你是學(xué)了多久的語(yǔ)言，就要交相應(yīng)的學(xué)費(fèi)。
2、住宿費(fèi)
在泰國(guó)絕大多數(shù)的學(xué)校是沒有宿舍的，個(gè)別的學(xué)校有宿舍但是分給在泰國(guó)之外的學(xué)生的數(shù)量是很少的。學(xué)生就會(huì)在學(xué)校的周圍租一個(gè)合適的公寓，不同的公寓每個(gè)月的房租錢是有差距的，你租的地方交通如果很方便的話，房租也會(huì)很貴，每個(gè)月是500元到1500元之間。你可以跟你的同學(xué)一起合租，節(jié)省房租的同時(shí)還有一個(gè)伴。
3、餐飲費(fèi)
要說吃飯的地方當(dāng)然就是學(xué)校食堂了，一頓飯是5元到6元，在食堂還可以吃到不同國(guó)家的美食。如果是在外面的普通餐廳吃一頓飯也就10元左右，但是要求比較好的餐廳的話就要50元到100元不等了。主要是看你的經(jīng)濟(jì)能力。餐飲費(fèi)你每個(gè)月至少得花700元，高的可以花上1000元，一年就要8400元到12000元不等的飲食費(fèi)。
4、交通費(fèi)
在泰國(guó)學(xué)生住得近就可以走路或者是坐公交車上學(xué)，交通費(fèi)也就不是很高，平時(shí)要去哪里玩也可以坐地鐵或者是出租車，在交通方面你每個(gè)月要用200元，一年至少是2400元。
5、日常消費(fèi)
在泰國(guó)你要讀四年的本科，你每天也是要有錢來買一些日常的用品，這邊的物價(jià)還不是很高的，買一些生活用品一年要1200元到2400元左右。
意大利的本科怎么申請(qǐng)
一、意大利留學(xué)的申請(qǐng)條件介紹
申請(qǐng)意大利公立院校一共是有三個(gè)途徑，一個(gè)是馬可波羅計(jì)劃，一個(gè)是圖蘭朵計(jì)劃，最后就是國(guó)際生。其中圖馬可波羅計(jì)劃和圖蘭朵計(jì)劃也被稱為計(jì)劃生。計(jì)劃生和國(guó)際生是申請(qǐng)意大利公立院校的必然途徑。
大家經(jīng)常會(huì)看到一句話，就是圖蘭朵計(jì)劃是針對(duì)于藝術(shù)生的留學(xué)途徑，而馬可波羅計(jì)劃是針對(duì)于非藝術(shù)生的留學(xué)途徑，這是錯(cuò)誤的!圖蘭朵計(jì)劃是針對(duì)于申請(qǐng)意大利美院或者音樂學(xué)院的，而馬可波羅計(jì)劃是針對(duì)于申請(qǐng)綜合類大學(xué)的。也就是說在意大利綜合類大學(xué)里面也是有藝術(shù)類專業(yè)，比如傳媒設(shè)計(jì)、服裝設(shè)計(jì)、產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)、建筑設(shè)計(jì)、室內(nèi)設(shè)計(jì)、視覺傳達(dá)專業(yè)等，因此藝術(shù)生也可以申請(qǐng)馬可波羅計(jì)劃去留學(xué)。
二、意大利留學(xué)申請(qǐng)本科條件
1、馬可波羅計(jì)劃
①如果你所在的省份高考成績(jī)滿分是750分的，那么高考成績(jī)400分以上就可以;如果你的所在的省份高考成績(jī)不是750分，比如江蘇省是高考滿分是480分，那么進(jìn)行比例換算，高考成績(jī)大于256分就可以申請(qǐng);
②持有高中畢業(yè)證書原件。但是如果你是職高或者中專畢業(yè)的，是否可以去意大利，也是可以的。意大利使館是認(rèn)可的，但是需要多提供材料，就是職高或者中專學(xué)校的入學(xué)驗(yàn)印底冊(cè)和畢業(yè)底冊(cè)，同時(shí)還需要提供當(dāng)?shù)厥〗逃龔d提高的學(xué)歷認(rèn)證報(bào)告;
③小學(xué)初中高中的學(xué)年制為12年或者12年以上。 大部分學(xué)生都滿足這條，但是如果有些學(xué)生遇到了本地的學(xué)年制改革，也就是從小初高是543，變成了633的情況，小學(xué)初中高中時(shí)11年制的，那么必須要向意大利使館提供一年的大學(xué)在讀證明，并且相應(yīng)的提供大一的成績(jī)單和課程描述材料。
2、圖蘭朵計(jì)劃
①如果你所在的省份高考成績(jī)滿分是750分的，那么高考成績(jī)300分以上就可以;其他的情況同上;
②分?jǐn)?shù)滿足圖蘭朵計(jì)劃的公式：(高考成績(jī)+藝術(shù)聯(lián)考得分÷藝術(shù)聯(lián)考總分X750)÷2≥400分(2009-2016年的圖蘭朵計(jì)劃是380分，如果網(wǎng)上還是380分的話，都是之前的條件和要求，目前已經(jīng)更改了，希望同學(xué)們不要出錯(cuò));
③持有高中畢業(yè)證書原件;其他的情況同上;
④小學(xué)初中高中的學(xué)年制為12年或者12年以上;其他的情況同上。
上面的幾條就是計(jì)劃生申請(qǐng)第一個(gè)硬性要求。也就是說，任何一點(diǎn)不滿足，就肯定是走不了計(jì)劃生的。但是有些學(xué)生的分?jǐn)?shù)可能滿足不了計(jì)劃生，那就可以走國(guó)際生。
3、國(guó)際生
國(guó)際生的申請(qǐng)條件是不限制分?jǐn)?shù)多少的，不管考了多少分?jǐn)?shù)都是可以申請(qǐng)。但是記住，必須要參加過高考，或者藝考(申請(qǐng)美院或者音樂學(xué)院需要)。
注意：上海領(lǐng)區(qū)的除外，上海領(lǐng)區(qū)的學(xué)生，高考成績(jī)是有分?jǐn)?shù)限制的，那就是必須要過當(dāng)?shù)氐拇髮７謹(jǐn)?shù)線，往年江蘇省的大專分?jǐn)?shù)線是165分。
