如何回答關(guān)于工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)的英語(yǔ)面試題

　　【Dialogue 2】：

　　I: Do you have any work experience in this field?

　　A: Yes. After my graduation from university, I worked as a Customer Service Coordinator in a foreign representative office, and then I transferred to a joint venture as a Market Deve1opment Manager. So I am familiar with the market in China.

　　I:Your resume says you have had one-year experience working in a foreign representativeoffice in Shanghai, may I ask why you left?

　　A:I worked in a foreign rep.office for one year.However,I left there two years ago because the work they gave me was rather dull.I found another job that is more interesting.

　　I: What have you learned from the jobs you have had?

　　A: I learned to be patient when dealing with customers complaints and try my best to solve them. In addition, I learned at my previous jobs how to cooperate with my colleagues.

　　I: Does your current employer know you are looking for another job?

　　A: No, I haven?t discussed my leaving plans with my current employer, but I am sure he will release me.

　　I: What is your impression of your present company?

　　A: Very good.

　　I: What would your current colleague say about you?

　　A: They would say I?m a dependable and hard worker.

　　I: 你有這個(gè)行業(yè)的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)嗎?

　　A: 有，在我大學(xué)畢業(yè)后，我就到一家外企代理處做了一名顧客服務(wù)協(xié)調(diào)員，之后我轉(zhuǎn)到一家合資企業(yè)做市場(chǎng)發(fā)展部經(jīng)理，所以我對(duì)中國(guó)市場(chǎng)非常熟悉。

　　I: 你的簡(jiǎn)歷說(shuō)你有一年在上海外國(guó)代表處工作的經(jīng)驗(yàn)，我可以問(wèn)你為什么離開(kāi)嗎?

　　A: 我在一個(gè)外國(guó)代表處工作了一年，但是，兩年前我離開(kāi)了那里，因?yàn)樗麄兘桓督o我的工作相當(dāng)?shù)膯握{(diào)，并且我找到了另一份更加有趣的工作。

　　I: 那你從以前的工作中學(xué)到了些什么?

　　A: 我學(xué)會(huì)了在處理客戶的抱怨時(shí)要有耐心而且要盡力為他們解決困難。而且，我還學(xué)會(huì)了如何與同事共同合作。

　　I: 你現(xiàn)在的老板知道你在找另一份工作嗎?

　　A: 不知道，我還沒(méi)有和他討論我要離職的計(jì)劃，但我堅(jiān)信他會(huì)讓我走的。

　　I: 你對(duì)你現(xiàn)在這個(gè)公司印象如何?

　　A: 非常好。

　　I: 你現(xiàn)在的同事會(huì)如何評(píng)價(jià)你呢?

　　A: 他們會(huì)說(shuō)我是一個(gè)值得信賴并且工作刻苦的人。
