　　出行禮儀

　　1、行走禮儀

　　(1)走路的姿勢(shì)是個(gè)人精神風(fēng)貌的體現(xiàn)，正確的走姿為挺胸抬頭，不駝背含胸，亂晃肩膀;目光要自然前視。

　　(2)兩人并行時(shí)請(qǐng)年長(zhǎng)者、女士和未成年人走在離機(jī)動(dòng)車道較遠(yuǎn)的內(nèi)側(cè);三人并行時(shí)，讓尊者居中;前后行進(jìn)時(shí)，應(yīng)讓尊者居前位。

　　(3)如遇行人問路時(shí)，要熱情、詳盡地回答對(duì)方。如若回答不了，可請(qǐng)別人幫忙。

　　(4)上樓梯時(shí)，男士應(yīng)走在女士后面;下樓時(shí)則相反，男士應(yīng)走在前面，以防萬(wàn)一女士跌倒時(shí)可以攙扶。

　　2、乘車禮儀

　　(1)在乘坐公共汽車時(shí)要排隊(duì)候車，先下后上，上車后往里走，讓婦女、老人、小孩和殘疾人先上車并讓座。不要將身體伸到車廂外或隨意動(dòng)車廂里的設(shè)施。保持車廂和站內(nèi)的環(huán)境衛(wèi)生，不能向窗外扔?xùn)|西。此外，最好不要在車上打電話，如果有急事，打電話時(shí)要壓低聲音，以免影響他人。雨天，自備塑料袋來妥善放置所攜雨具，以免影響他人。

　　(2)相對(duì)公交車和地鐵而言，出租車更加快捷方便。您若選擇出租車出行，請(qǐng)?jiān)诼愤呎型??？腿藬?shù)量不滿三人時(shí)，應(yīng)坐在后排，且將右座留于尊者。上車時(shí)，年長(zhǎng)者或女士先上;下車時(shí)，年輕者或男士先下。

　　3、乘電梯禮儀

　　乘坐電梯時(shí)的禮儀細(xì)節(jié)更顯個(gè)人的文明程度。

　　(1)乘電梯時(shí)要講究進(jìn)出禮節(jié)。等候電梯時(shí)，應(yīng)站在電梯門兩側(cè)，不要妨礙電梯內(nèi)的人出來。電梯門打開時(shí)，應(yīng)先讓里面的人出來后再依次進(jìn)入。如果是自動(dòng)電梯，則應(yīng)先讓老人、小孩、女士或客人進(jìn)入，年輕者、男士或主人應(yīng)站在電梯按鈕旁提供服務(wù)。

　　(2)當(dāng)電梯關(guān)門時(shí)，不宜再?gòu)?qiáng)行擠入。當(dāng)人數(shù)超載時(shí)，應(yīng)主動(dòng)退出;當(dāng)自己的目的樓層快要到時(shí)，最好提前等候在電梯門旁，不要等電梯打開時(shí)，才匆忙出來。

　　英國(guó)
