1. 道歉信
第一段首先亮出寫作目的并簡單闡述該物品的狀態(tài)(可適當?shù)年U明因果);第二段列出出錯的原因及具體補救辦法;第三段再一次表達歉意。
2. 投訴信
第一段需表明寫信的目的以及自己一個概括性的期望;第二段闡述2-3方面所面臨的產(chǎn)品或服務的問題及后果;第三段給出具體的期望，比如退款或更換新產(chǎn)品。
3. 推薦信
第一段概括說明想要推薦的內(nèi)容;第二段敘述推薦的東西所具有的價值，可以從表面和深層兩方面來寫;第三段為總結(jié)句。
4. 辭職信(請假信)
第一段首先致謝，表達對所在公司及領(lǐng)導的感謝;第二段表明自己要辭職(請假)，并列出原因;第三段簡單表明希望得到允許、再表達歉意并送上簡單的祝福。
5. 建議信
