On hearing Mr. XXX’s application to your esteemed university, I’d like to make, with great pleasure and full confidence, a sincere recommendation for this impressive and promising young man. I have had the distinct pleasure of acting as the head teacher for his class and having known him ever since he first set his foot in our school. Throughout the past three years I have witnessed how he sprouts and flourishes by making an all-around demonstration of his academic and moral excellence. I am fully convinced that he will be a deserving candidate for your admission.
It is beyond any doubt that XX is a top-notch student in his overall academic performance, in particular Mathematics. I’ve long heard that XXXX had taken part in many Mathematical contests and won lots of prizes, the first being a third prize for thesis writing on the learning method for Mathematics when he was merely a fourth grade student in primary school. Gifted as he is, I’ve never found any trace of complacency on his face and instead, he constantly strives with an eager heart for improvement to even greater perfection.
