而這個時候老師是學(xué)生最直接最容易的學(xué)習(xí)對象,因此,我盡量的在中學(xué)生面前以高標準要求自己,不管在課堂里還是在課外我都努力塑造一個良好的形象。而面對小學(xué)生時則有所不同,課堂上我嚴格要求自己也嚴格要求學(xué)生,但在課外我努力與學(xué)生做朋友,用心與他們溝通,希望能真正了解他們的所想所愛??偟脕碚f,我做的一切目的是一樣的,就是希望能幫助學(xué)生健康成長。
而作為一名新老師,在如今信息技術(shù)日新月異,發(fā)展很快的年代,自身的學(xué)識相當重要,一天不學(xué)習(xí),就會落后一截,所以工作以來,我仍然不斷學(xué)習(xí),絲毫不敢松懈。因此,繼續(xù)學(xué)習(xí)成為我工作學(xué)習(xí)中重要的一部分。我不僅參加新教師培訓(xùn),農(nóng)村教師提升工程,還考取了英語本科深造的機會。盡管剛剛走上崗位,工作中的活動與任務(wù)讓我頗感壓力,但只要一有空閑時間,我便爭取出來小學(xué)英語相關(guān)的教學(xué)方法,學(xué)習(xí)先進的技術(shù)。在如今的時代環(huán)境里,一個人的知識猶如一粒浮塵,要想更好的立足于社會,必須不斷的增加知識的深度和廣度。這一年里,我努力擴展自身的知識面,自感收獲很多。當然,這一些是遠遠不夠的,學(xué)海無涯,在下一年里,還有更多的知識和經(jīng)驗是需要學(xué)習(xí)和借鑒的。
當了快半年的教師了,雖然教學(xué)方法還不是很成熟,但我已在教學(xué)中學(xué)到了很多。在這一年里,我擔任小學(xué)英語四年級和五年級的教學(xué)工作,同時擔任學(xué)校九年級的體育課任務(wù),工作充實而不乏挑戰(zhàn)。盡管九年級的體育中考任務(wù)非常沉重,但小學(xué)英語的教學(xué)工作仍然是我的工作中心。我經(jīng)常思考小學(xué)英語的教學(xué)方法,學(xué)習(xí)教學(xué)設(shè)計,以及組織與我們農(nóng)村學(xué)校相符合的教學(xué)活動。我也明白自身的學(xué)識不代表教學(xué)的好壞,教學(xué)是一項細致的工作,也是注重技巧的工作,于是我常常想把教學(xué)當成一門藝術(shù)來研究。
