(1)首先禮貌是最重要的。
一個人的修養(yǎng)和內涵都可以透過禮貌來表現(xiàn)，所以我們要做的第一件事情就是打招呼。例如：Good morning! It is really my honor to have this opportunity for an interview, and I hope I can make a good performance today.(早上好，很榮幸有這個面試的機會，希望我今天的表現(xiàn)能讓大家滿意。)下面再開始進行自我介紹。
(2)行為是十分重要。
在面試時，第一印象在面試官心中有舉足輕重的作用。在面試環(huán)節(jié)你一開始說的內容可能會造成截然不同的結果，不管是好是壞。事實上，有些面試官會因為面試者在面試中沒有做到期望的那樣而將其拒絕。這就是為什么在面試中注意自己行為和想清楚如何介紹自己有多么重要的原因了。
(3)坐下以后首先要介紹自己的姓名及參加面試的目的。
例如：“我叫Tim Jones，我和John Smith預約2點面試。”你可能會被帶到面試間或者面試官會出來見你。不過還是需要再次介紹下自己以便對方記住自己。并且主動握手，即使面試官沒有主動和你握手。在自我介紹中主動握手也是一項重要的禮節(jié)。告訴面試官見到他很高興，微笑，并且眼神交流。比如：“我是Tina Lionel，見到你很高興。”
(4)介紹自己要全面。
在短短的面試時間內，要交代清楚基本情況。如年齡、故鄉(xiāng)和學歷。示例;My name is Mary and I am 26 years old. I come from Shanghai, and I have just got my master degree from XXX University. I have been studying psychology for 6 years and I think it is fun.(我叫Mary，今天26歲。我來自上海，剛從XXX大學獲得碩士學位。我學習心理學已經有六個年頭，我覺得非常有意思。)如果是做正規(guī)的筆頭自我介紹，要記得少用縮略符號，例如I am 26 years old不要寫成I‘m 26 years old. 因為沒有縮略的文字顯得更加正式。你可以選擇三個重點來介紹自己，但避免重復履歷中曾提及的資料。 你可以介紹自己是： Problem solver 解決問題能手 Creative thinker 充滿創(chuàng)意 Accurate 小心謹慎 People person 與人相處融洽 Team player 合群 Organized 組織力高 05 性格方面。 面試官可以看到你在簡歷上提供的信息，但是對于你的性格特點卻不見得熟悉。簡單說一說自己的性格和業(yè)余生活，有助于讓面試官覺得你適合整個公司的氛圍。比如：I am open-minded, quick in thought and fond of history. I was graduated from qingdao university. my major is electronic.and i got my bachelor degree after my graduation in the year of 2003.I spend most of my time on study,i have passed CET4/6 . and i have acquired basic knowledge of my major during my school time.
In July 2003, I begin work for a small private company as a technical support engineer in QingDao city.Because I'm capable of more responsibilities, so I decided to change my job.
And in August 2004,I left QingDao to BeiJing and worked for a foreign enterprise as a automation software test engineer.Because I want to change my working environment, I'd like to find a job which is more challenging.
