good morning, my name is xx, it is really a great honor to have this opportunity for a interview, i would like to answer whatever you may raise, and i hope i can make a good performance today, eventually enroll in this primary school.
I am a third year master major in automation at Shanghai Jiao Tong University, P. R. China. With tremendous interest in Industrial Engineering, I am writing to apply for acceptance into your Ph.D. graduate program. In 1995, I entered the Nanjing University of Science & Technology (NUST) -- widely considered one of the China’s best engineering schools. During the following undergraduate study, my academic records kept distinguished among the whole department. I was granted First Class Prize every semester, and my overall GPA(89.5/100) ranked No.1 among 113 students. In 1999, I got the privilege to enter the graduate program waived of the admission test. I selected the Shanghai Jiao Tong University to continue my study for its best reputation on Combinatorial Optimization and Network Scheduling where my research interest lies.

I am actually a native of this city and entered xxx university after I passed the higher educational entrance test. That is why I love this piece of land and want to make contribution for my hometown.
I have been working hard as a student and a part-time teacher. Sometimes friends ask me whether I'm a tireless person. Of course I am not. But I just like that sense of fulfillment and accomplishment. I enjoy the alternative roles: being an English teacher and a student at the same time.
In my class, I encourage students to voice their opinions and to approach English study in their unique ways, because I believe study is a personalized process. Last week when I gave them the first class of this semester, I said,"everyone should become a critical thinker in my class, and I want to be a good teacher in its real sense". I'm not the traditional teacher. I try to reform the English teaching in my classes. Hope I can do something to change the present situation of English teaching.

Now i will introduce myself briefly
I am 26 years old,born in shandong province .
I was graduated from qingdao university. my major is electronic.and i got my bachelor degree after my graduation in the year of 2013.
I spend most of my time on study,i have passed CET4/6 . and i have acquired basic knowledge of my major during my school time.
In July 2013, I begin work for a small private company as a technical support engineer in QingDao city.Because I'm capable of more responsibilities, so I decided to change my job.
And in August 2014,I left QingDao to BeiJing and worked for a foreign enterprise as a automation software test engineer.Because I want to change my working environment, I'd like to find a job which is more challenging. Morover Motorola is a global company, so I feel I can gain the most from working in this kind of company ennvironment. That is the reason why I come here to compete for this position.
I think I'm a good team player and I'm a person of great honesty to others. Also I am able to work under great pressure.
自我介紹類型特點
根據(jù)場合和最終目的的不同，在這里，把自我介紹分成三種類型：
一是以求職為目的的自我介紹。這一類自我介紹主要應(yīng)用于面試過程中，因為其目的是應(yīng)聘某個職位，所以，自我介紹的信息除了個人的自然情況以外，通常還要涉及既往所取得的成績、對目標崗位的認識、與目標崗位匹配的原因、特殊的才能或才藝等信息，但由于面試過程中的自我介紹環(huán)節(jié)往往只有2-5分鐘，很難把這些信息詳細地表述出來，所以，在這個過程中就要掌握一個技巧——懸念!制造懸念的方式包括：
1、突出數(shù)字。如做市場的求職者可以用幾組數(shù)字的對比來描述過去的成績，搞研發(fā)的人可以說出研發(fā)成果轉(zhuǎn)化率以及所取得的市場收益，做宣傳的可以說說品牌知曉度、影響力的變化情況，即便是在校大學生，也可以用數(shù)字說說兼職過程中的成績。面試官會因此而覺得求職者言之有物，從而會從心理上首先接納你，認為你確實有才能!
2、使用適當?shù)母痹~或形容詞。比如，“通過我和團隊的努力，XX項目取得了突破性的進展”，“與以往的任何一次年會相比，都有很大差異”，等等，面試官往往會關(guān)注到“突破性”、“很大差異”這樣的字眼，從而他們有興趣再就這個問題深入地問你，要知道，雖然面試溝通的時間長短與最終的結(jié)果沒有比如關(guān)系，但至少大部分情況下時間很短的面試基本上不會帶來好結(jié)果的。
3、個人特點的總結(jié)與歸納。這個方法在應(yīng)屆大學生求職過程中用的比較多，所以，要想通過表述個人特點達到脫穎而出的目的，還是有一定難度的，因為普遍來看，相當大的一部分求職者所使用的個人特點的詞匯比較接近，而且，其中的大部分沒有實際的實例作為佐證，所以，除非你的個人特點真的很特別，而且有實際事例，否則，盡量不要采取這一方式。
二是以推銷為目的的自我介紹。與求職為目的的對個人的推銷不同，這里說的主要是對具體產(chǎn)品或服務(wù)的推銷，基于這一目的的自我介紹，關(guān)鍵是要從客戶的興奮點出發(fā)，抓住對方的需求甚至是潛在需求，引導(dǎo)對方說出他們對產(chǎn)品或服務(wù)的預(yù)期(包括功能、便捷性、后續(xù)服務(wù)、性價比等等)，逐步地引出公司的產(chǎn)品或服務(wù)，分析其優(yōu)勢，甚至可以與同類競爭性產(chǎn)品做簡單比較。當然，這些應(yīng)該是事前已經(jīng)做過郵件或電話溝通的前提下，如果是純粹的第一次陌生拜訪，基本上只能重點介紹一下公司了，不會涉及得過細，除非時間允許。
三是以便利日常工作為目的的自我介紹。工作內(nèi)容，對方感興趣的話題。這個主要涉及到的是日常工作中可能會有較多接觸的部門或個人，第一次去辦事時簡單做自我介紹，主要是介紹個人所負責的工作情況，并誠懇地希望得到對方的指導(dǎo)和幫助，關(guān)鍵在于表達誠意，別讓人覺得看到你這個人就立刻沒興趣了就可以了;在之后的接觸中可以逐步聊一些其他的話題，甚至可以“捧”一下對方，贊揚它的工作態(tài)度什么的。
