Our society is in the trends of changing. As the changing increases, people’s working stress also increases. And it grows with each passing day. Many people have put lots of opinions on this problem. In my view, this tendency is inevitable and people can do is to accept it.
First of all, the population in the world is growing day by day, but the resource is less and less. Some places are lack of resource, which is a common phenomenon. So, to alive, people have to work hard to get enough resource for themselves. In addition, as people pay a lot of attention on education, nowadays most of them are well-educated with great knowledge. Of course, their competition is more and more fierce. Last, with the development of technology, the industry has greatly improved our working efficiency. The machine can work without rest, but people can’t. All these changes place lots of burden on people’s shoulder. Thus, it is natural that their working stress increase.
Although working stress increase, people have faced it in a proper way. This is the main trends of the world; people can’t change it by personal power. They can’t change it, but they can find a good way to accept it. As their working stress is increasing day by day, they can find other ways to relax themselves, such as, exercise, dance, travel, reading, sleep and so on. If people can adjust their situation well, they still can enjoy a happy life.
Let’s work together for our happy life.

The elderly have accumulated a lifetime’s worth of experience. However, many young people often regard them as irrelevant, embarrassing, and out of touch. As far as I am concerned, the traditional Chinese virtue to respect the old people needs to be emphasized.
Firstly, the elderly deserve the respect due to their effort in bringing up their children and their contribution to society. We should always bear in mind that what we have and enjoy now was created by the aged people in the early days, as the old Chinese saying goes,” One generation plants trees under whose shade another generation rests.” Secondly, family is one of the best places for learning values, therefore, to set an example at home by taking good care of the elderly members, so that children learn to adopt this same practice. In this way, families will exemplify the right values, and young members will learn first-hand on how to respect the elderly.
Perhaps the most important test of a society is the way individuals behave towards one another. If young people do not respect the elderly; the whole of society will be a mess without respect. Therefore, the elderly should be respected by all of us.

Contrary to the very popular belief that people who have suffered from hardship in their lives have stronger personalities, some researchers claim that hardships can be very misleading. As far as I am concerned, hardships cast negative influences on people’s lives.
Firstly, people who suffered from troubled lives are easily misled. It’s found that while some people may indeed become more “hard-nosed” through adversity, the majority become less trusting of their own judgment. It surprisingly found that early negative experiences make people stronger in late life. Furthermore, the people who had experienced an adverse childhood and adolescence were more likely to come to believe information that is not true. Those people were more suggestible, and easily misled which in turn could affect their future.
Secondly, hardships cause pain and misery to people. When faced with adversity, people can easily get pessimistic and depressed due to the distress and agony brought by hardships. Some families end up in divorce and some depressed people even commit suicide or social crimes. This undoubtedly will bring about a series of problems to society at large.
In conclusion, hardships have direct adverse effects on both people’s mentality and their perception of reality. Therefore, in my opinion, they are absolutely not necessary in life.
There is a famous sentence spreads around the campus, it is “One will be a good student until he skips classes”. Actually, it is a common phenomenon that college students will skip classes, such behavior has been criticized by the public, but now some students start to feel proud of that, they think they are cool with that. In my opinion, college students should not skip classes.
First, the main duty of college students is to study. Before going to college, we have been told that college is such a good place for learning knowledge, so that we work hard to go to college. If we skip classes, we will lose the chance to gain knowledge, the first purpose of going to college is being abandoned. College students are preparing for the future, they should learn more, so that they can compete with others.
Second, the classes open in the college is less than before, if students skip classes, what else they can learn. Chinese students work very hard in the middle school and high school, the lessons are full in a day, they have to learn so many subjects. But college is with less lessons, because they learn their majors only. Skipping classes means a student don’t want to learn.
College students should learn more for the fight of the future, all the classes are useful, they will gain more or less from the class.
Since students go to school, they have to obey the school rules. Most schools give the students the order that they must do morning exercise together. I have been forced to do this for many years, as for me, I hate it, but I have to admit that doing morning exercise makes me stronger.
For many students, of course they hate to do morning exercise together, the school rules force them get up in the early morning, making them not sleep enough. At the same time, students will lack of independence, they get used to doing things by someone forcing them, when they leave school, without teachers’ supervisor, they become lazy.
While students hate to do morning exercise, they have to admit that it brings them goodness, doing morning exercise for a long time can make their bodies healthy. Let’s see this, the ones who takes exercise is not easy to catch cold than the one who doesn’t take exercise. Only when students are equipped with sound bodies, they can work better.
Morning exercise is hated by students, but the fact is that students should take more exercise, they should keep it as their habits.
