　　Job Responsibilities:

　　Be fully dedicated to maintain plastics compounding line,especially focus on the equipment running smoothly.

　　負責維護塑料生產(chǎn)線設備，尤其需要確保設備運行穩(wěn)定

　　Execute work order to maintain equipment.

　　依據(jù)工作單對設備進行維護工作

　　Be responsible for on line trouble shooting.

　　生產(chǎn)線設備故障處理

　　Be responsible for equipment inspection and record related information and fix the problem soon.

　　負責設備的巡檢，并記錄相關(guān)的信息，發(fā)現(xiàn)問題，及時處理

　　Update and implement PM(preventive maintennance)working.

　　更新和執(zhí)行設備預防性維護工作

　　Comply with EHS and ensure contractor team safety during maintenance work.

　　Qualifications Required:

　　Diploma degree in mechanical engineering,or ralated major

　　大專學歷，機械或機電一體化相關(guān)專業(yè)

　　2 years related working experience,preferred in chemical industrial

　　2年設備維護方面工作經(jīng)驗

　　Be familiar with general machinery,mechanical parts,pneumatic and hydraulic parts drawing.

　　熟悉通用機械零件，熟悉氣動液壓零件

　　Understand Process and Instrument Diagram.

　　認識生產(chǎn)流程P&ID圖

　　Be able to work independently under pressure.

　　獨立的工作能力

　　Solid safety consciousness.

　　極強的安全意識

　　Good team player,have passions on the work.

　　良好的團隊精神，工作有熱情

　　Basic English communication in reading and writing

　　Self tooling design ability

　　Assist mechanical engineer for mechanical design work

　　support mechanical engineer for rig assembly and debug

　　support automation rig issue resolve in production line

　　support auto rig improvement work
