　　Job Descriptions:

　　按時(shí)制作、分析原材料基板研磨切片，完成分析報(bào)告并確保數(shù)據(jù)真實(shí)可靠。

　　Finish the incoming laminate structure analysis and prepare the analysis report on time, ensure all the data is reliable

　　按時(shí)完成半導(dǎo)體元件進(jìn)料檢查并制作分析報(bào)告。

　　Finish the incoming inspection of semiconductor and prepare the inspection report on time

　　檢查及確認(rèn)原材料COC數(shù)據(jù)并進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)分析。

　　Check and analysis the raw material COC data

　　協(xié)助工程師完成其他原材料的相關(guān)分析。

　　Assist other raw material analysis and inspection

　　5. 定期完成原材料相關(guān)質(zhì)量報(bào)告。

　　Prepare raw material related quality report regularly

　　6. 完成主管安排的其它工作。

　　Extra work arranged by supervisor

　　Qualifications:

　　1. 中專及以上，電子類、計(jì)算機(jī)相關(guān)專業(yè) At least technical secondary school degree in mechanical or electrical discipline.

　　2. 熟練使用MS-office，基本的英語(yǔ)交流。Skilled in MS-office, and have basic English communication skill

　　3. 了解電子元件基本知識(shí)。Basic knowledge of semiconductor components is preferred

　　4. 兩年以上電子或相關(guān)領(lǐng)域工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，對(duì)于大規(guī)模生產(chǎn)和產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量的分析控制有基本認(rèn)識(shí)。At least two years working experience on electrical or related field, Know the basic knowledge of mass production and product quality control method.

　　Function of the Position: (崗位職能描述)

　　1.Be responsible for CMM measuring; ensure factuality of the measurement result; 負(fù)責(zé)三坐標(biāo)測(cè)量, 確保測(cè)量結(jié)果的真實(shí)性; 2.Conduct CMM measurement and develop the optimized measuring program and provide a complete measuring report according the requirement; 執(zhí)行CMM測(cè)量檢測(cè)、建立優(yōu)化的測(cè)量程序，根據(jù)要求完成完整的測(cè)量報(bào)告; 3.Responsible for the full size measurement of the new product/initial sample and submit relative measurement report to qualtiy engineer/supervisor 負(fù)責(zé)新產(chǎn)品/樣品的全尺測(cè)量及提供測(cè)量報(bào)告給質(zhì)量工程師/主管 4.Be in charge of management of measuring device and calibration; 負(fù)責(zé)公司量具管理和定期校驗(yàn); 5.Collect relative quality data as per requirement

　　Tasks and authority of the Position: (崗位責(zé)任和權(quán)限)1.Be responsible for CMM measuring; ensure factuality of the measurement result; 負(fù)責(zé)三坐標(biāo)測(cè)量, 確保測(cè)量結(jié)果的真實(shí)性; 2.Responsible for measurement device maintenance and arrange the periodic calibration. 負(fù)責(zé)量具的維護(hù)及安排量具的周期性的校準(zhǔn)。

　　Expertise: (教育背景、專業(yè)技術(shù)和技能):

　　1.Technical School or above; Major in mechanical/engineering area(prefer) 中專及以上，機(jī)械/工程專業(yè)(優(yōu)先) 2.At least 1 years professional experience in CMM measurement technology, good knowledge in dealing with the measurement technology software (esp.Zeiss CMM) 有一年以上三坐標(biāo)測(cè)量技術(shù)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，熟悉測(cè)量技術(shù)軟件為佳(esp.Zeiss CMM) 3.Good initiative and able to produce quality work under strict deadlines 優(yōu)良的主動(dòng)性，能嚴(yán)格按照期限要求，有效的完成工作

　　4.Have adequate communication,analysis skills, and good Learning ability and team spirit; 具有一定的的溝通,分析技巧,及良好的學(xué)習(xí)能力及團(tuán)隊(duì)精神;

　　5.Understand basicly qualtiy tools(eg. QC 7tools, MSA, SPC); be capable reading mechanical print. 了解基本的質(zhì)量工具(eg.QC七大手法，MSA,SPC),能夠閱讀機(jī)械圖紙

　　6.Understand basic ISO system requirements 了解基本的ISO體系要求

　　Directly report to QE leader; 向質(zhì)量主管匯報(bào)工作

　　Assist QE with quality claims investigation and process verification; 協(xié)助質(zhì)量工程師完成品質(zhì)投訴調(diào)查及制程確認(rèn)

　　Production workmanship/mat'l/process monitoring and findings reporting; 生產(chǎn)工藝、材料、制程的監(jiān)控及發(fā)現(xiàn)問(wèn)題及時(shí)匯報(bào)

　　Failure analysis/Quality data collection/CA implementation following up; 失效分析、質(zhì)量數(shù)據(jù)的收集匯總;跟進(jìn)改進(jìn)措施

　　Work in parallel with QC team to verify QC findings and push for quick solution from CM. QT for quick solution. 與QC團(tuán)隊(duì)平行合作，核實(shí)QC發(fā)現(xiàn)的質(zhì)量問(wèn)題，并推動(dòng)合約制造商快速提供解決方案

　　About 6 years relevant experience of process quality engineer in SMT/W.S/Box build; 6年左右SMT/W.S/Box build制程品質(zhì)管理相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)

　　Familiar with IPC, quality tool, and 8D approach; 熟悉IPC, 品質(zhì)管理工具 及8D 方法

　　Experience of conducting internal audit in SMT production; 具有針對(duì)SMT生產(chǎn)實(shí)施內(nèi)審相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn)

　　College degree with engineering background; 大專以上學(xué)歷，工科背景

　　Good in written English; 英語(yǔ)讀寫(xiě)良好
