雖然不是明文規(guī)定,但采用空行的齊頭式,是普遍行為,而且看起來(lái)容易。另外,空行是慣用的格式。所以,建議空行。
齊頭式指的是作文每段都是頂格寫(xiě),開(kāi)頭不用像中文作文一樣空格,一直寫(xiě)就行了,但是段與段之間最好空一行,這種作文形式在國(guó)外比較常見(jiàn),文章的分布排列比較好看。
并列式就和中文作文一樣,每段開(kāi)頭要空3-5個(gè)英文字母的距離,段與段之間不用空行。如果有較多內(nèi)容,而卷面不夠的話,就在用并列式。
兩種方式都可以,建議從卷面角度講可以多用齊頭式作文寫(xiě)作方式。

Nowadays, metropolises attract an increasing number of the youth. For the younger generation who has experienced higher educational background and abundant international new trends, living in big cities is regarded as the most efficient way to get close to the advanced development of all walks of life, ranging from technology to daily necessities; besides, the diversity of lifestyle in the city is more entertaining, by which they can have access to an easier environment for socializing, and undoubtedly, young people place high value on this feature which also gives more sources of interpersonal relationship in the future career and marriage.
Generally speaking, that young people burst into cities can bring some fresh atmosphere to the depressed city, because they are filled with energy and passionate to everything, and the bold nature can be the motivation to drive them to try and innovate fearlessly, which gives the urban areas opportunities to revolute in industry, economy and so on through building the talent pool. At the same time, young people can take advantage of the resources as a chance to reach the social mobility.
However, such major cities cannot always be the paradise for all the adolescents, since the huge pressure coming from both financially and mentally is looming. One of the side-effects of modernization is the high living cost, which could not be affordable for the green hand with limited income; meanwhile, the heavy work in international enterprises causes unexperienced stress. From the above, actually, it is not realistic for the generation to enjoy the metropolitan life as they expect, but even suffer health issues. The future of rural area would be put into a dangerous position, if there is no younger to build up; thus, after a long time, the distance between cities and countryside would be widen.
In conclusion, moving to major cities is reasonable for the youth who want to achieve a better life, while the impact also should be noticed by the authorities in order to keep a balanced development of the whole society.

Coming with the rapid development of economy and globalization, the population around the world has boosted; although it can be regarded as the labor force to contribute, the problems are looming.
Referring to the most significant impact, the densely-populated area leads to a great number of pollution issues. To be specific, to reach the level of metropolises, major cities attract more people to live and work, while such centralization combines with the over-industrialization to satisfy the public’s needs, which could produce enormous waste, like urban garbage which is almost impossible to degrade. Meanwhile, the more people the society has, the more difficult promoting their awareness of environmental protection would be; as a result, pollution, including water, exhaust gas and even soil, becomes more serious, and the impact following would be expended to reduce the biodiversity.
At the same time, the distribution of resources is also worth considering. Natural resources, obviously, have been consumed by the mass; lots of non-renewable energy is exhausted, which means that the energy crisis, now, has been a life-threatening problem. What the society should think about is not only the nature, but also the resources that everyone can have in education, medicine and social welfare. It is undeniably that the finite resources are not enough to guarantee that the individual could share the equal access as they do when there would be less people, which also brings the fact that the authorities should undertake huger responsibilities and burden in management and finance.
In conclusion, people as the main power to construct the society, but the consequence of overpopulation is a generally acknowledge fact that might destroy the future; thus, humans need to figure out a way to balance the development of ourselves and the world we live.

The working population has always been fighting for better working entitlements including annual paid vacations, though the welfare policy varies in different countries.
It is obvious that the benefits of statutory vacations are not only restricted to employees but also to employers. First and foremost, holidays are essential for families to strengthen their bonds. Studies support that those who manage to achieve the balance between work and family would be more likely to focus on work than those who fail to do so. Moreover, physical health could be promoted through taking a vacation. Increasing evidence shows that overtime results in increasing absenteeism rate, sick leave and high turnover, which is anti-productive. The last but not least supporting factor for a paid leave is innovation and creativity which is believed to be seen in those refreshed from an extensive period of time off in many businesses, particularly in the fields of information technology and other “brain-intensive” domains.
However, it has to be admitted that vacation decreases working hours, hence reducing working outcome. Four week is nearly a twelfth of a year, which is not a short period of time and a month’s wage is not a small outlay for a business. For some companies, a consecutive 4-week leave is not practical. Besides the economic consideration, the connection between working efficiency and paid day off is under suspicion in some labor-intensive occupations. Would a post deliver worker performs faster after a one-month vacation?
From my own perspective, annual leave for a month is positive to work performance in most cases, especially in those positions where innovation is critical. But in some others, it can be negative and the loss of time cannot be compensated by higher work efficiency or effectiveness. Therefore, 4-week should not be the mandated minimum paid vacation.
