  Brief Introduction

  建立業(yè)務(wù)關(guān)系,實(shí)際上就是確定貿(mào)易對(duì)象。貿(mào)易對(duì)象選擇得合適與否,決定著貿(mào)易的成敗。在一般情況下,雙方通過各自的介紹或第三者的介紹,先摸清對(duì)方的資金信用、經(jīng)營能力和業(yè)務(wù)范圍等重要條件,然后再進(jìn)行實(shí)質(zhì)性的業(yè)務(wù)商討。貿(mào)易雙方只有在相互了解、彼此信賴的基礎(chǔ)上,才能進(jìn)行積極地合作,并使雙方貿(mào)易活動(dòng)得以順利地開展。

  Brief Introduction

  在對(duì)外貿(mào)易中,交易的一方欲出售或購買某種商品,向另一方詢問買賣該商品的各項(xiàng)交易條件,這種口頭的或書面的表示,在進(jìn)出口業(yè)務(wù)中稱之為詢盤或詢價(jià)。

  詢盤一般分為兩種:

  1)一般詢價(jià):這種詢價(jià)并不一定涉及到具體的交易,一般屬于大致的了解。

  2)具體詢價(jià):所謂具體詢價(jià)實(shí)際上就是請(qǐng)求對(duì)方報(bào)盤(request for an offer)。也就是說,買方已準(zhǔn)備購買某種商品,或已有現(xiàn)成買主,請(qǐng)賣方就這一商品報(bào)價(jià)。
