Well, I think it is normal to offer help when other people meet difficulties. I have been helped and I also have helped others. From the experience, I could feel that I am warmly treated. However, not every time when we offer help, our sympathy is well received and appreciated. I remember one time that I was ill-treated. It happened in a park. When I was walking on the path, a middle-aged man approached me and he looked extremely anxious. He told me that he was about to see his son in the hospital. He just received a call from his son’s teacher and got the news that his son was seriously injured. Thus he needed to get to the hospital as soon as possible. However, his wallet was stolen on the bus, and he asked me to lend him money to take a taxi. At first I was very hesitant and I was worried that it might be a fraud. But then the man offered me his driving license and asked me to keep it as a guarantee and that he would definitely pay me back and get back his driving license. So I took his words and lent him 200 yuan.
However, when I tried to contact this man the following day, he didn’t answer the cell phone. After I tried a few more times, he turned off the phone. It was not until then that I noticed that I was duped. I felt very disappointed. I would definitely be more watchful next time.
This experience teaches me a lesson. You should never be cheated by the thing you see through your eyes. People can’t lose their sympathy towards the weak, but necessary observation and suspect is reasonable when people are ready to offer help to somebody.
雅思口語換題后重點練習哪些話題
換題季準備的重點是什么?
針對A類和G類考生,口語的要求是一致的,不論出國讀書還是移民海外,口語分數目標都以6-6.5為主,要想拿到這個分數,Part 2的答題能力會顯得尤為重要。
Part 2為個人陳訴(monologue):考官給考生一個任務卡,卡上有一個話題+四個小問題??忌?分鐘的準備時間,并在準備后對該話題進行2分鐘的陳述。每4個月,Part 2有50個左右話題(換題月增加1/3),而考試只會抽中其中的一個話題,因此對話題進行分類準備,可以大大提高效率。
Part 2的話題分類
Part 2話題類別主要有:人物類,物品類,事件類,地點類。
1.人物類話題
人物類話題要求描述一個人,這個人可能是我們親近的人,如老師,朋友,鄰居,孩子,也可能是我們熟悉的人,如影視明星,歷史角色,著名人物等。
例題:
Describe aperson who encouraged and helped you to achieve a goal.
You should say:
What this person encouraged you to do
How this person helped you
And explain why this encouragement helped you to achieve the goal
答這類題目的思路:人物基本介紹-外貌-性格-你們之間發(fā)生的印象深刻的事。
2.物品類話題
物品類話題大概分類兩類,一類具體類物品, 另一類是抽象的物品。
例題:
Describe a book you have recently read.
You should say:
What type/kind of book it was
What it was about
Where you read it
How you feel about the book
描述物品,不僅要描述它的外觀、內容,還要把涉及到的人和事串聯起來,如a book和人聯系who bought this book for you。和事聯系,why this person bought this book for you 。和地點聯系,the place where you read this book把這些內容串聯起來就能回答得比較完整了。
3.地點類話題
地點類話題會涉及到三類話題:buildings,places,scenicspots.
例題:
Describe a house/apartment you like.
You should say:
Where it is
What it is like
When you want to live there
And explain why you like it
描述這類題目可以采取的思路:位置-外部結構-內部陳設-特色-身體健康的影響-心理的影響。
4.事件類話題
例題:
Describe an unusual experience of traveling.
You should say:
When you went there
Who you were with
What you did there
And explain why it is unusual
準備事件類話題可以采取的思路:介紹時間發(fā)生的時間,地點,人物,時間-發(fā)生的具體事件,發(fā)生的原因-你喜歡的原因以及這件事情帶你的啟發(fā).
Part 2練習方式
推薦的練習方式有三種:
1.個人錄音練習
針對程度較好的考生,可直接就當季題庫里的任意一道題,進行1-2分鐘的陳述,并錄音。錄音完畢后重聽錄音。
反復詢問三個問題:
你的陳述是否流利?
能否找到其中的錯誤(詞匯,語法,語音語調)?
如何改正?
在第二次錄音的時候,盡量改正你的錯誤,保持陳述的流暢度。
重復三個問題,進行3-5遍錄音。

2.打分工具輔助練習
對于部分中等程度考生,可在個人練習的基礎上,加入一些機器輔助打分,進行水平提高程度的判斷。
輔助打分的APP有很多-鯨小愛英語,流利說雅思,都可以達到一定程度輔判斷的效果。
3.專業(yè)老師點評
對于程度較弱或小白考生,會出現個人練習過程中,練習很久也感覺進步不大的情況。此時建議找專業(yè)的教師,給予針對性的建議和點評。
雅思口語考試不可碰的八個雷區(qū)
1、60%的考生,因"表情"被扣分(備注:本文所列百分比和其他評分數據,僅代表部分專家經驗,并非官方統(tǒng)計數據)
在雅思口語評分標準的"發(fā)音"評分項中,有這樣一個界定:"能夠使用表情、肢體語言幫助自己被理解。"根據這個標準,如果你有下列問題,你會被扣分:
(1) 幾乎不看考官,可能被扣0.2分。
(2) 雖然看著考官,但是表情和口語答案并不配套。
(3) 因為考官面無表情,你原先勉強保持的微笑逐漸僵硬,直至像考官一樣面無表情,這樣,你可能被扣0.05分。
為了不被扣分,建議各位考生這樣做:
(1) 在備考階段,一定要注意"表情和語言配套"!
(2) 在實際考試的時候,無論你緊張與否,無論考官是否面無表情,請你臉上保持微笑,哪怕很生硬。
2、70%的考生,因"舌頭"被扣分
筆者最為納悶的是:眾多中國考生,明明知道"不伸舌頭"會被扣分,為什么堅持"不伸舌頭"?
如果考生找借口說:"我習慣不伸舌頭啦",那考官會說:"向至少0.2分說再見吧!"
3、90%的考生,因"單字不重音"被扣分
遇到"單字重音",你必須把那些單詞放慢、加重,原因很簡單,在整個句子當中,只有這些單詞,才是最重要的,其他單詞,都要輕讀。
在雅思的"發(fā)音"評分標準中,有這樣一個界定:"考生會使用重讀、弱讀,使自己更容易被理解。"而我們多數中國考生,僅僅把重讀理解為一個單詞里的重音音節(jié),而不能把重音理解為"一個句子中的重音單詞",所以自然要被扣分了。
4、90%的考生,只使用"單"詞,而不使用"詞串"
不會使用"詞串"的考生,得分一定會被扣0.5-1分。事實上,不會"詞串"恰恰是中國考生的致命傷,它除了影響了詞匯分,還影響了流利分和速度分。
5、99%的考生,只使用"一種語法",而不使用"多種語法"
多數中國考生,只使用單一的語法結構,即主謂賓結構,而很少使用多種語法,如被動語態(tài)、強調句、虛擬語態(tài)、疑問句、感嘆句等,因為中國考生本性"含蓄害羞",最喜歡用平鋪直敘的陳述句,而很少表情豐富地使用疑問句、感嘆句、強調句等。我們只能說,只有稍微改變自己害羞的個性,才有可能操練起多種語法,
6、99%的考生,只使用"一層結構",而不使用"多層結構"
多層結構答題法對于中國考生并非易事,因為很多中國考生在應試教育的荼毒下,根本就沒有形成自己的思維邏輯,遇到問題只能憑借腦子里僅有的一點知識,胡亂說兩句。要想熟練掌握多層答題法,最好的方法應該是選擇一個高質量的雅思培訓機構,選擇一位善于啟發(fā)學生思維的口語老師,先被領入門,再慢慢自我修煉。其實,只要練就多層答題思維,幾乎所有考生都可以得到6.5的分數。
7、99%的考生,因"不敢提問"被扣分
根據筆者給學生做模擬的經驗,有超過50%的考生,在考試的時候會對某個或某幾個問題不甚了解。在聽不懂題目的時候,絕大同學采取的策略是:一猜二蒙!
當你猜測或蒙的時候,你在對考題的理解能力、表述自己觀點的能力會嚴重丟分。如果你放松地、大膽地問考官,你壓根不會被扣分。即便考官解釋之后你要求他再次解釋,你也僅僅可能因為"理解能力"而被扣個微乎其微的0.05分,而絕對不會因"聽不懂"、"答跑題"收到雙重重罰。
8、99%的考生,因"啞巴思維"被嚴重扣分
筆者在模擬面試中,最痛苦的地方,不是聽到了中國考生的啞巴英語(論壇),而是直面"啞巴思維",這是中國學生雅思口語均分全球倒數第一的根本癥結,其嚴重程度,遠超剛才所講的其他問題的總和。
