Where’s the entrance to the cave?
The entrance to the city was blocked up.
He was on the watch for his brother at the front entrance of the school.
A massive boulder blocked the entrance of the cave.
用to與用of的區(qū)別是:介詞to側重指方向,指“通向……
I’ll meet you at the entrance to [of] the theatre.
Entrance to the exhibit is on weekdays only.
They were refused entrance to the club.
Bridget made a dramatic entrance into the room.
(1) entrance fee 入場費
There is no entrance fee to the gallery.
The entrance fee is per head.
(2) entrance examination
He took the college entrance examinations but didn’t get in.
